TOT Vacation Rental Permit #: 1071N. Traveling with friends or family? Come and relax in our Vineyard farmhouse/cottage vacation home. We are located off the main road, down a long driveway to the back of the property where you feel welcome the moment you arrive. Sit back and sip a glass of wine on your private covered back patio off of the primary bedroom, complete with your own private hot tub. We can help guide you through your visit to the wine country. We are located 2.1 miles from the down town Sonoma Plaza. If you need suggestions about the best restaurants, wineries, hiking trails, horse back riding, historical sights, etc., we are there for you! If you are celebrating a special occasion, just let us know. As a standard, we offer a complimentary bottle of wine. We will make it special for you upon your arrival!

We loved how close it was to MANY wineries and the hot tub was wonderful! The back outside area would be great in the summer months! The whole stay was amazing! The Farm House was amazing! Highly recommend it!

So charming and peaceful, this is the perfect place to stay in Sonoma. The scenery is beautiful and it's still close to everything. The private patio and hot tub were the perfect end to each day, under the stars, with a final glass of wine. We just loved eveything about this cottage!!!

We spent 4 nights at this great cottage on the grounds of the small vineyard. It was well equipped, clean, and comfortable with clear directions for everything. Sonoma Plaza and places to eat were great and easy to get to from here. Hot tub was a comfortable temp and the outdoor space was a plus.

Beautiful Place and absolutely loved it. Would stay here again and again. Lovely property and quiet. It is very spacious, comfortable and love the way it is decorated. It was my birthday and they had a bottle of wine, 2 wine glasses and chocolate, very thoughtful. The hot tub was great to get into and has a beautiful patio to lounge on. Wish we could have stayed longer.

The hosts were very friendly and accommodating. They responded quickly to questions and brought us a great bottle of wine. We were invited to the harvest. The property is located just outside of Sonoma. It is very modest and quaint, which was perfect for a couple who wanted to relax and get away from “busy”. Check in was a breeze. Highly recommended for a quiet, modest getaway.

Lovely, beautifully appointed cottage. Super comfortable king bed with nice linens throughout the home and spotlessly clean. Also, we really like the prompt host communication.

From the welcoming wine & chocolates to the well stocked kitchen & bath, to the most comfortable bed ever (love all the pillow selections!) & the private patio with hot tub, our stay in the “cabin” stands out as one the best! Very Comfortable Landing Spot In Sonoma County

My wife and I had a short time to stay and experience Sonoma when we came across this property. It was nicely decorated and very comfortable for a couple to enjoy their down time while experiencing the area. We would highly recommend this property to anyone visiting the area whether it is to enjoy the many winery options, the local brewery or our favorite which was a really nice distillery focused on vodka. It was a wonderful visit!

Wonderful stay. Cabin was immaculate. Everything we needed was provided. The wine and chocolates were a very special treat. Hot tub was a little too hot, but we weee able to turn temp down. Did not see or hear from host. No problem, but we were next door . Wish we could have said hello. All in all we have no issues and highly recommend this cabin while in the Sonoma/Napa area. Very convenient to down town Sonoma.

My husband and I just returned from our 6th stay in this lovely cottage. We continue to return because truly, it’s such a pleasure to stay here! The cottage has everything you could possibly need and the back patio area is a huge plus complete with hot tub for some real relaxation. Kathleen is wonderful to work with and always goes out of her way to make sure everything is perfect upon our arrival. The beautiful fountain right across from the front door is a really nice touch! We just love everything about this little gem! Until our next visit…. CHEERS!!

My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Everything you need amenity wise and in a great location - seculed and private, but just a short ride to stores, restaurants, and downtown. Accomodating hosts with great recommendations and knowledge of the area.

The perfect stay!

Kathleen’s property was the perfect spot for a weekend getaway for 2! We enjoyed the hot tub, complimentary wine, and quiet surrounding neighborhood with convenience to get anywhere in town. We would definitely recommend this spot or stay here again.

Excellent place for a wine country vacay

Came to wine country for my birthday with my husband. This was a great place to stay and was very comfortable. The property was very picturesque. The place was also very well equipped. We enjoyed the hot tub and back patio which was very private. The renter always responded promptly through the renting process and when we were there. Would definitely would and hope to stay here again.

I am a local wine grower who loves to share the beauty of Sonoma with friends and family. I have lived in the Valley of the Moon for over 46 years. I have grown to love and appreciate Sonoma's fine history and lovely vibrant colors of green fields, blue skies, harvest vines and the radiant harvest moon.

Por que o anfitrião escolheu essa propriedade

This property has a unique history. It used to be a chicken farm back in the day. There was a huge fire that swept through the valley. This property became known as the Lucky Finato property which was the only one spared in this area. The property sits on an old creek bed facing the eastern direction of the valley. We have since planted a vineyard back in 1999 of cabernet in honor of my father, Francisco Roberto Maestas. My father had always wanted the family to stay together and live and work on a vineyard. Since his work took him to New York, the dream never happened. Until we moved to the property and planted the vineyard and named it after my dad. Dad now lives in Sonoma and loves to walk the vineyard and be a part of harvest.
