The enclosed kitchen is fully equipped and leaves nothing to be desired for everyday life: an oven, microwave, dishwasher, as well as a coffee maker, electric kettle, and a wide range of kitchen accessories are at your disposal.

In the bathroom, you’ll enjoy the flexibility of a combination shower and bathtub—ideal for a quick refresh or a relaxing end to the day. Bed linens, towels, and a hair dryer are, of course, included.

A special bonus is the covered balcony: Here you can enjoy fresh air regardless of the weather. Thanks to privacy screens, your privacy is always protected—perfect for quiet moments outdoors.

Renovated in 2023, the apartment also features modern amenities such as reliable Wi-Fi (25 Mbit/s or faster) and a TV with international channels. Contactless check-in and check-out ensure maximum flexibility for your arrival and departure.
