The bright living area invites you to relax with its cozy sofa corner and modern entertainment options, including a TV, radio, and DVD and CD players. From here, you can step out onto the approximately 12 m² balcony facing northwest—ideal for winding down at the end of the day.

The open-concept kitchen is fully equipped and includes, among other things, an oven, a glass-ceramic cooktop, a dishwasher, a microwave, a coffee maker, a kettle, and a toaster, so you can easily prepare your own meals.

Two separate bedrooms offer a restful night’s sleep: one with two single beds and another with a bunk bed. There is also a sleeper sofa in the living area. The modern bathroom is fully equipped with a shower, a hair dryer, and a heated towel rack. A crib and a bed rail are also available.

An outdoor parking space is reserved for you. Two bike storage rooms are available for your bicycles. A washing machine and dryer are available for shared use. Wi-Fi is included.
