A luxurious mountain holiday home, situated on a private, fenced property on the slopes of the Marfiana Góra estate. Built in a traditional highland style, the house boasts a summer swimming pool, sauna, and jacuzzi. Modernly furnished and equipped, it's perfect for a relaxing holiday any time of year. Away from the hustle and bustle of the city, nestled in the forest, you can relax in peace and quiet while admiring the magnificent panorama of the mountain peaks.
The house has three floors. The ground floor features a very spacious living room (TV, dining table, sofa bed), a well-equipped kitchen, and a toilet. The first floor has two bedrooms (each with a TV and balcony) and a bathroom with a shower. In the basement, guests have access to a free spa area: an infrared sauna, jacuzzi, shower, TV, and lounge chairs. Central underfloor heating is provided. Wireless internet is available. The house has a large, covered terrace with stunning mountain views. The terrace is furnished with lounge chairs and lounge furniture. Within the well-maintained, fenced grounds (for exclusive use by guests) there is a summer swimming pool (open from mid-May to mid-September, weather permitting), a barbecue shelter with a large fire pit, and secure parking. For an additional fee, guests can enjoy the hot tub in the garden.
The price includes: bed linen, towels, electricity, water, heating, sauna, jacuzzi in the building, summer swimming pool, parking, internet, and final cleaning. Highchairs are available upon request.
The mountainous surroundings allow you to experience the challenge of mountain hiking and the joy of reaching the summit in contact with unspoiled nature. In winter, numerous nearby ski lifts invite you to enjoy the snow. Mountain biking enthusiasts will be captivated by the numerous attractive cycling trails. Several thermal pools with full infrastructure are located in the surrounding towns.
It is strictly forbidden to organise any student party, bachelor party or drinking party in this house Non smoking accommodation. not suitable for people with reduced mobility.
