The open kitchen is fully equipped. Here you find among other things hotplates, oven, microwave, refrigerator, dishwasher and a coffee machine. The bathroom is equipped with WC, shower, hairdryer and a starter set of soap and shampoo.



The following services are included in the rent of the apartment: Wi-Fi Internet, TV with international channels, monthly cleaning (from 45 days), bed linen, towels and bath towels and all additional costs. Washing machines and dryers are also available on the ground floor.



Erlenmattstrasse 77 is part of the Erlenmatt district in Basel. Erlenmatt West is a new urban district that meets all modern requirements for living, working, leisure and sustainable action. Note: For bookings of 30 nights or more, the following additional payments apply:



- A security/damage deposit of CHF 2,000.00, which will be refunded after check-out, provided the apartment is returned in proper condition.



- A final cleaning fee of CHF 200.00.
