The Villa Azuro with Heated Pool is located in Sveti Filip i Jakov, only about 300 m from the beach and the town centre. This modern villa accommodates up to 12 guests and is ideal for large families, several families travelling together or groups of friends who want to spend their holiday together while still enjoying private living areas.



The villa offers a total of 6 air-conditioned bedrooms, each with its own en suite bathroom. All bathrooms are modern and equipped with walk-in showers. The layout of the house is especially practical: on the ground floor, there is a fully equipped studio apartment with a kitchenette and private bathroom. On the first floor, there are two separate apartments, each with its own kitchen and open-plan living area. On the second floor, there is another fully equipped apartment with kitchen, open-plan living area and access to the rooftop terrace via a spiral staircase.



All living units are bright, modern and tastefully furnished. The living areas offer comfortable seating, TV, dining areas and well-equipped kitchens. Air conditioning is available in all bedrooms and living areas. Wi-Fi internet is also available for guests.



In the outdoor area, guests can enjoy a private, enclosed courtyard with a heated pool measuring 7 x 4 m, sun loungers, an outdoor shower, seating areas and an outdoor kitchen directly by the pool. A barbecue is also available on the ground floor. The protected outdoor area offers plenty of privacy and is ideal for relaxing days, shared meals and pleasant evenings outside.



A special highlight of Villa Azuro is the spacious rooftop terrace with whirlpool, lounge furniture and sea view. From here, you can enjoy beautiful views over Sveti Filip i Jakov towards the sea – especially in the evening, this is a wonderful place to relax.



The apartments also have their own terraces or balconies. From the upper floors, guests can enjoy sea views, while the pool area on the ground floor forms the comfortable centre of the villa for spending time together. Four parking spaces are available in the enclosed courtyard.



The villa has a central and beach-near location. Restaurants, shops, a bakery and the town centre can be reached easily on foot. Sveti Filip i Jakov is also a great starting point for excursions to Biograd, Zadar, Lake Vrana and the national parks in the region. There is a road in front of the villa with passing traffic, which makes the property easy to access; the courtyard area itself is enclosed and privately arranged.
