Herzog 1 Apartment near the Sea and Follonica Beach

The Herzog 1 apartment in Follonica offers 45 m² and accommodates up to 6 guests. You have a living room with beds, one bedroom, and a bathroom. The private kitchen is fully equipped for your needs. Enjoy TV, fan, washing machine, and exclusive use of beach towels. Bicycles are available for an extra fee if not already assigned to other guests, and there is a storage area in the basement. Up to 2 cars can park in the courtyard when public parking is unavailable.

At Appartamenti Herzog, you have access to a shared courtyard with barbecue, garden furniture, and a storage room in the basement. For a deposit, you may also use the bikes in the basement if they are not already assigned to other guests.



The beach is just 50 m away, and many restaurants and activities are within easy walking or cycling distance.



Thanks to the central location on the Tuscan coast, you can visit many famous sights from Follonica, such as Siena, Pisa, or Elba Island.



If public parking is unavailable, up to two cars can park in the courtyard. Pets are allowed. Large events are not permitted, but a barbecue evening in the courtyard is fine.



Please observe quiet hours from 2 to 4 pm and 10 pm to 8 am.



The apartments have NO WIFI, NO AIR CONDITIONING, and NO DISHWASHER.
