Before your eyes, the Ubaye Valley, sunny from morning to evening, is a magnificent picture!

It is 15 m from the Commercial Gallery, 80 m from the Ski Lessons meeting point and the start of the slopes, toboggan run, ice rink ...... 50 m from the Daycare and Kindergarten. The vehicle is forgotten for the week!
An unloading area is available to our guests 15 m from the entrance. Parking, depending on the period, is done along the access road, a parking lot 100 m away for the unlucky ones. Possibility, on request, to reserve a covered space.
We live on site and, if you wish, we can advise you on current activities, shops…. to the best of our knowledge.
Our studio is classified 3 *** by GITES DE FRANCE.
A WELCOME book at the entrance brings together:
-Emergency numbers, WI FI code
-Documentation on Winter in progress
-All the activities and activities offered on site, and in the Valley for the Summer
LIVING ROOM: decorated with a large picture window with views of the forest and the mountain, light pine furniture, a 2-seater Rapido sofa bed, a small library for adults and children, also with comics, board games, a flat screen TV with remote control, a HiFi system and DVD player. The living room communicates with the kitchen by a serving hatch and cupboards with communicating openings
A communication door allows this room to be isolated from the rest of the studio.
Mattresses and pillows are protected by covers washed regularly, or when necessary. The duvets are cleaned regularly.
KITCHEN: fully equipped with Vitroceram hob, extractor hood, mini oven, microwave, fridge with preservative.
All kitchen utensils are provided as well as a raclette and fondue set …… ..
CORRIDOR: 2 bunk beds 1 place with protective railing for the upper bed. The communication door can be closed to ensure the rest of children or older children.
A very large closet, with shelves, drawers and rods, allows significant storage: it houses in particular the vacuum cleaner, the ironing board, iron, broom ...
Coat racks are provided for adults and children…
BATHROOM with WC: Built-in sink on triple door unit,
large mirror, bathtub with thermostatic tap and shower
A folding Leifheit drying rack is available.
