The Barga153 is a newly designed, modern vacation home with a stunning panoramic view of the Brandnertal mountains—unobstructed views from almost every room.
As a “Guest Card Premium” property, guests staying with us in the summer can use all open ski lifts in the Brandnertal valley free of charge. Starting with the 25/26 winter season, this offer will also apply to pedestrians in the winter.
The house has its own entrance and driveway and can be conveniently accessed with a key code and chip.

On the first floor, you’ll find a modern living area with a fully equipped kitchen, dining table, TV, and a cozy couch that pulls out into a full-size bed for two people. The terrace, furnished with high-quality furniture, offers a sweeping panoramic view. For the best coffee experience, a handmade Moccamaster, a French press, and a Bialetti are provided. For music, there’s an original Marshall Bluetooth radio.
Upstairs, there are two bedrooms with double beds. The bathroom is modern and equipped with a sink, a shower (including a Kneipp hose), and a high-quality sauna. There is a separate restroom upstairs and downstairs.
The view is consistently impressive—nature, tranquility, and mountains right outside the window. The ski slope and the Brandnertal Bike Park are in the immediate vicinity, and both leisurely and alpine hiking trails start right from the front door.
A spacious ski and bike storage room with a washing machine is also available. There is a charging station for electric vehicles right at the building’s entrance. The parking lot can accommodate two cars.

On-site fees: Final cleaning: €225. Pets are not allowed. Deposit: 40% due 7 days after arrival. Balance due 14 days before arrival. Cancellation: Up to 90 days before arrival: free cancellation. 90–30 days before arrival: 40% of the total stay. 30–7 days before arrival: 90% of the total stay. Travel cancellation insurance is recommended.



Check-in is from 4:00 to 00:00, and check-out is from 00:00 to 10:00.
