SMUK - Design apartment with terrace, sauna & top location near the west beach

Your getaway in a wonderful setting!

The newly built "SMUK" offers an unforgettable island vacation in a modern setting. The large terrace, central location, and proximity to West Beach create an exceptional setting for your vacation on Norderney.
Located right in the heart of town, you can get anywhere quickly—and when you need a day off, the sauna, sofa, or terrace are waiting to welcome you.

From the ground-floor living room—which features a dining area, open kitchen, and cozy sofa—you have direct access to your terrace with modern patio furniture. The apartment features a small but well-equipped open kitchen with an induction cooktop, dishwasher, oven-microwave combination, and Nespresso coffee maker.

In the basement of the vacation rental, you’ll find two bedrooms with double beds (1.60 m x 2.00 m), a smart TV, and windows overlooking the large light well on your terrace. The bathroom with a rain shower and the fantastic sauna, which can accommodate up to 2 people, are also located here.

In short, this home has everything you need for the ideal Norderney getaway.
