House rules:

• Check-in: 15:00–20:00.

• Maximum occupancy: 8 guests.

• No parties or events. Quiet hours: 22:00–09:00.

• No smoking indoors. No pets allowed.

• Please dispose of rubbish in municipal bins; do not leave bags inside.

• Final cleaning and laundry of sheets and towels are available for an extra charge.

• Check-out: before 11:00. Before leaving, turn off lights and AC, leave dishes clean or dishwasher running, take out rubbish, lock up, and return keys as agreed.

• Deposit refunded after inspection. Excessive dirt, lost keys, or damage will be deducted.

• Serious violations (parties, overcapacity, pets) may result in immediate termination and eviction.
