This newly furnished 130 m² holiday home offers ample space, modern furniture, and a bright, welcoming atmosphere. It includes two bedrooms with two single beds each, one bedroom with a single bed, a living room with a sofa bed, a fully equipped kitchen, and a dining area for six. TVs are provided in both living and sleeping areas. The modern bathroom has a large, accessible shower, plus a separate guest WC. Each guest receives one towel and one bath towel; a towel package is available on request for an extra fee per person. Washing machine and dryer use are possible on request for an extra fee. The living area opens onto a spacious terrace ideal for relaxing. Entrance can be made accessible on request. Parking is directly in front of the house, with more spaces in the driveway. Check-in is fully self-service via a secure key box; property information is sent two days before arrival.
