Great Location Condo in the exclusive, quaint town of Solana Beach. This Condo is on the first floor, with one step to enter into your Beach retreat. It's location is a few steps away to the Villas pool and spa from the front door. Condo just completely painted and renovated throughout. LED Canned lighting throughout each room and has 2 bedrooms and 2 bath's. Condo is in the private community of The Villas at Loma Santa Fe. 5 min. walk to Starbucks, Vons, Bagel Shop, Sandwich Shops, Restaurants and 24 hr. fitness. Less then 5 minutes from the Condo is Solana's beach Fletcher Cove, Cedros Street with lot's of Shopping and Dining. The Belly Up Tavern where the Rolling Stones popped in one night is also on Cedros Street. Great dining on the beach off Pacific Coast Hwy. If you like Sushi, there is Nobu along with my favorite, Sushi Station. Great unique rolls and service.

Newly renovated, this Condo sleeps 6 with 2 bedrooms and pull out couch. Primary Master bedroom has a brand new king size adjustable bed, which is nice for watching TV and reading. Has a small sitting area for reading. Second bedroom has a Queen size bed with padded tuck headboard and storage drawers under the frame. Both bedrooms have flat screen Smart TV's, Ceiling Fans, Bermuda Shutters for complete black out and privacy. Living room complete with new couch which has an attached chaise, new leather recliner, wood burning fireplace to make it cozy. We just put in a brand new 65 inch flat screen Smart TV with Sonos sound bar and Sonos speakers. Both window and slider which leads out to the private patio, has black out blinds or curtains for privacy. Kitchen has lots of storage and comes complete with stainless steel appliances, farmhouse sink, built in trash cans and spice rack. Oven has 2 different separate cooking spaces to make two separate meals. Built in Microwave, Ninja blender, Toaster, Air Fryer, Keurig Coffee/Tea machine along with a percolator Coffee machine. All utensils, plates, silverware, vacuum, stereo, Sonos capabilities, glassware, bar accessories, to make your favorite drink or have a glass of wine, are included. New stackable washer and dryer in condo, along with 2 laundry facilities for multiple machines on the property. Granite counter tops with bar top and stools for additional eating area and seating. Dining table seats 4 and with the extension, 6 people. Private Patio with new BBQ and outdoor seating. Showers in both bathrooms, bathtub in one of the bathrooms, blow dryer and straightener in Master bathroom. Both bathrooms have been newly renovated in the last year. Condo amenities include Community pool, separate spa, beautiful water features, racket/hand ball court, along with a full kitchen in small club house. Plenty of parking right in front of condo, and one covered assigned space for one vehicle, also right in front of Condo. Do not have to bring anything. Condo comes with sheets, pillows, blankets, beach towels, beach umbrella. Well maintained building.

If you like Pickleball, there are courts within 10 minutes from the condo. You like Golf, there is a small 3 par golf course right up the street and if you want 18 holes there is Torrey Pines. You like to Paddle Board, less then 3 minutes by car to Fletcher Cove, Solana's beach. Fletcher's Cove has a lifeguard on duty year round, public restrooms and showers, basketball court and picnic tables. We are located close to the world famous zoo, Safari Park, Legoland or Old Towne where there are Mission's and fesitivities to explore. The exclusive Rancho Santa Fe is right around the corner with great hiking trails.

Condo is 6 minutes from the famous Seaside Market. Best market in the small community of Cardiff by the Sea which is the next town over. Meat, chicken, fish, deli and cheese department is always fresh and everything is delicious. Get the well known Crack Tri Tip which is known throughout California and we have the BBQ to cook
it on. High end restaurants in Del Mar such as Steak 48 which has prime steaks and great cocktails. Make reservations. The Fish Market, Jack's, Poseidon (great fish taco's served at lunch only), Pacifica is great for Seafood and the Brigantine, which does taco Tuesday each week are all amazing. All of them 6 min or less from the Condo since Solana sits between Del Mar and Cardiff. Encinitas which is an up and coming area with tons of new Restaurants and night life is about 10 minutes away. Great location for breakfast at the 101 Diner. Union is a great Sports Bar, lot's of TV's with great food. Shrimp and Gritts excellent. Swami's another great breakfast location and has the best Acai Bowl I have ever had. All centrally located around this Condo. When you are done with the Beach and eating out, you can come back to the condo, light a fire, relax on the recliner, or chaise lounge with a blanket and watch your favorite show on the 65 inch Smart TV. We have several repeat customers and they come back for a very good reason.
