Cozy & Clean Home 2 blocks to Downtown, 3.5 mi. to base of Schweitzer!

This charming house is clean and centrally located; 1 block from the best coffee shop in town (Evans Brothers) and Matchwood Brewery and restaurant, 2 blocks to downtown. 1.5 miles to the base of Schweitzer. We provide 4 bikes (May-October) if you prefer to head out on wheels. If you want to stay in, the home has everything you’ll need for cooking at home, a smart TV, DVDs, books, games, crafts and a fire pit in the back yard and a covered, private back deck!

The home is open, bright and clean with hardwood floors throughout the bedrooms, living room and dining room. Tile floors in kitchen and bathrooms. This house is well looked after and thoroughly cleaned between each and every guest.

LIVING ROOM
The living room has a comfortable, modern couch and we provide a Smart TV, with a Netflix account, a DVD player and collection of DVD’s. The piano is available for some home made music!

KITCHEN
The kitchen is fully stocked with all of the equipment you will need for cooking and some basic pantry items with a gas stove/oven. There’s a drip coffee machine, blender, toaster, crock pot and more for those who want to cook-in.

BACK PORCH/YARD
The landscaped back yard is fully fenced and a great place to hang out! There is a covered back porch with seating and the yard has a fire pit, propane bbq and flower beds. Under the covered bike shed, there are four bikes for you to use.

BEDROOMS/BATHROOMS
*All beds have high quality, 100% cotton linens. All bath towels are 100% cotton*

Bedroom #1- New queen bed, closet, dresser, door to full bathroom.

Bedroom #2- Full sized bunk beds, closet, dresser.

Bathroom #1- Newly remodeled full bath with tub/shower combo, door to bedroom #1 and door to living space.

Bathroom #2- half bath in newly remodeled laundry room.

As the homeowner, I set a high standard for home maintenance, cleanliness and communication with guests. I’m very “hands on”, personally stopping by between guests to confirm all is well and ready for the next guest. I have a fast response rate should you have any questions during your stay.

*RE DOGS: We do allow well behaved, house trained dogs as long as you can comply with the following, no exceptions. Dogs must stay off of ALL furniture and linens, you must clean up after them outside and their nails MUST be recently trimmed short. We have hard wood floors and dog nails scratch them up. Pet fee of $75 collected through VRBO during booking. This helps cover the cost of extra cleaning. Please inform us you are traveling with a dog.
