Crooked House welcomes you to Grandola ed Uniti, in a peaceful area near Lake Como. This 40 sqm apartment accommodates up to 4 guests and features 1 bedroom, a living room, and 1 bathroom. The kitchen is fully equipped with a pod espresso machine, American coffee maker, and traditional moka. Amenities include Wi-Fi suitable for video calls, TV, video on demand, independent underfloor heating and pellet stove, shared washing machine and dryer, crib, and step-free indoor access. There are no fans, as the apartment stays very cool.



Self check-in is available for your convenience. Outside, you can relax in the private garden with mountain views.



There is 1 shared on-site parking space and 1 shared garage space, plus street parking. One pet is allowed. Events are not permitted. Shared bike and ski storage are available. Please note that video and audio recordings are present around the property's exterior perimeter and entrances. Public transport is nearby, but the bus service is limited to only 2 trips per day, so it is essential to arrange a car or buy tickets in advance.



The owners live on-site but not in the reserved accommodation. Naggio is a quiet village near the famous villas of Lake Como. The Orrido di Nesso can be reached by ferry from the pier, 15 minutes away. Como offers a funicular to Brunate. Boat tours let you discover the beauty of the lake. There are many hiking trails, including Rifugio Menaggio, the Val Senagra park walk, Il Rogolone, San Domenico, and the Menaggio-Porlezza route.
