House ANUK is a spacious, high-end vacation home with modern furnishings that accommodates up to 9 guests. It’s within walking distance of the center of Farchant and offers easy access to a bakery, village store, café, and the surrounding mountains. The idyllic village of Farchant is located just about 4 km from Garmisch-Partenkirchen.
House ANUK, newly redesigned in a modern style, is furnished with high-quality furniture. The open, light-filled rooms with a warm color scheme invite you to relax and feel at home. The open living and dining area, featuring a fully equipped, high-quality kitchen (including a Nespresso machine), is ideal for shared meals and relaxed evenings.
The house features 4 comfortable bedrooms:
• 2 bedrooms with queen-size beds (double beds, 160 × 200 cm each)
• 1 bedroom with a king-size bed (double bed, 180 × 200 cm)
• 1 bedroom with two single beds (90 × 200 cm)
• 1 living room on the upper floor with a sleeper sofa
With 3 spacious bathrooms, House ANUK offers plenty of space and comfort for up to 9 people. It’s perfect for families as well as groups of friends.
The magnificent view of the mountains from the upper floor and the attic is particularly noteworthy. From the wraparound balcony, you can enjoy the unique mountain panorama while having your morning coffee or a sundowner.
In addition to the bedrooms, there are extra private spaces on the upper and lower floors—ideal for playing, watching TV, working, or a quick workout.
The basement and garage offer plenty of space for skis, ski boots, or other recreational equipment. E-bikes can be charged in the carport and garage; the lockable garage also provides secure storage.
A charging station (11 kW wallbox) for electric cars is available.
With many convenient amenities for everyday life, House ANUK offers an atmosphere where you’ll feel at home all year round.

House ANUK can also be rented as an apartment for up to 4 guests (excluding the attic and basement)—see separate listing.

The short-stay tax is 2.80 EUR per person per night for guests 16 and older (1.00 EUR for guests under 16) and is paid separately on site. In return, you’ll receive a guest card offering many discounts in the region.
A linens package (1 set of bed linens, 1 regular towel, 1 bath towel) €15.00 is mandatory and must be booked for each arriving guest per stay.
For longer stays, bed linens and towels can also be changed (15 EUR per person per change).
Use of the wallbox is billed individually (based on electricity consumption).
Payment for the visitor’s tax and bed linens is due on site.

The following basic amenities are provided in the house:
- Bed linens
- 1 large and 1 small towel per person
- Hand soap
- Kitchen: 1 dish towel, 1 dishcloth, 2 dishwasher tabs, 1 roll of paper towels, cooking utensils, no food items such as salt, pepper, oil, vinegar, sugar, etc.
- 1 roll of toilet paper per bathroom
