All vacation apartments have a fully equipped kitchenette and are ideal for an independent, self-catering vacation. The modern shower rooms are designed to be level with the floor, offering additional comfort. Depending on the apartment, additional amenities such as a balcony or terrace are available for you to relax in the fresh Baltic Sea air. Some vacation apartments are wheelchair-accessible, while others warmly welcome your four-legged companion. An elevator provides convenient access to the apartments on the upper floors. A free parking space is, of course, included with every vacation apartment. A walk along the dune promenade takes you to the center of Boltenhagen in about 20 minutes. A grocery store for daily needs is located just about 400 meters from the residence and is within easy walking distance.

The open-concept living area invites you to relax and offers two additional sleeping options with a comfortable sleeper sofa. A TV is available for cozy evenings. The separate bedroom is furnished with a comfortable double bed and promises restful nights after a day at the beach.



In the modern kitchen, you’ll find everything you need for a carefree vacation. A dishwasher, refrigerator with freezer compartment, microwave, mini-oven, coffee maker, electric kettle, and toaster are all included, as is a bright dining area by the window. The spacious, wheelchair-accessible bathroom with a walk-in shower offers exceptional comfort. A hair dryer is, of course, provided.
