Atelier Schillerstraße – Vacation Apartment with History



Welcome to Atelier Schillerstraße, a spacious and lovingly furnished vacation apartment in the heart of Eisenach.



Our accommodation is located in the former photo studio of the Thurau family. As early as the early 20th century, Wilhelm Thurau worked as a traveling photographer.



With 110 m², you have plenty of space for families, couples, or friends. Two bedrooms, a large living room, and a fully equipped kitchen with dining area invite you to relax. Wi-Fi, TV, a filter coffee machine, and a workspace are available. For families with small children, there is a baby bed and two high chairs.



The central yet quiet location is ideal for your stay. The old town, main train station, shops, restaurants, pharmacy, and bus station are about a 5-minute walk away. Sights such as Wartburg Castle (UNESCO World Heritage), the Bach House, Luther House, Dragon Gorge, and the Thuringian Forest are easy to reach. A parking space is available directly at the house.



You will find everything you need for a pleasant stay. The bathroom offers a small selection of complimentary toiletries for emergencies. In the kitchen, dish soap, sponges, dish towels, and paper towels are provided free of charge. Check-in is arranged personally by the Thurau family via the booking platform.



Important notes: The apartment is not barrier-free. Access is via stairs. The entrance and parts of the outdoor area are currently being renovated, but the apartment itself is fully renovated. Smoking and parties are not permitted.
