In the 38 m² open-plan living area, the spacious corner sofa invites you to relax and unwind by the fireplace, with soft lighting or candlelight.



From the 31 m² terrace, 17 m² are covered. Step outside directly from the living area and enjoy the fresh air. A side ramp leads to the courtyard and the sun terrace.



The bedroom features a minimalist design and indirect, dimmable lighting for a pleasant atmosphere. Guests often mention restful sleep and heavenly peace here.



The apartment in Diemelstadt is step-free, offers high-speed Wi-Fi, and a fully equipped kitchen.

The adults-only complex in Diemelstadt is dedicated to "peace and relaxation." All accommodations are exclusively for guests aged 18 and over. Quiet hours are from 12 to 2 p.m. and from 9 p.m. to 9 a.m. Only registered guests may access the property.



Located in the quiet, historic center of Diemelstadt-Rhoden, the complex opened in mid-2010. It consists of two buildings: the main house (a listed, renovated monument) and the annex (newly built in 2009).



Parking and garages are available in the courtyard. Amenities include access to the wellness area (exclusive times can be reserved daily on site) with infrared cabin and medical massage beds, as well as collections of board games, DVDs, and books.



Smoking is allowed outside. Events are not permitted.



The hosts are easy to reach and readily available.
