The highlight is the bathroom with dimmable lighting, an XXL whirlpool and a large shower (100x100 cm). The 31 m² living kitchen features a big sofa, perfect for relaxing by the fireplace in soft lighting or candlelight. The 30 m² terrace, 15 m² of which are covered, is accessible directly from the dining area—enjoy sheltered seating, barbecuing, and fresh air. The bedroom is minimalist, with indirect, dimmable lighting creating a pleasant atmosphere. Guests report restful sleep and heavenly peace.



The apartment in Diemelstadt is step-free, offers high-speed Wi-Fi, and a fully equipped kitchen.

The adults-only complex in Diemelstadt is dedicated to "peace and relaxation." All accommodations are exclusively for guests aged 18 and over. Quiet hours are from 12 to 2 p.m. and from 9 p.m. to 9 a.m. Only registered guests may access the property.



Located in the quiet, historic center of Diemelstadt-Rhoden, the complex opened in mid-2010. It consists of two buildings: the main house (a listed, renovated monument) and the annex (newly built in 2009).



Parking and garages are available in the courtyard. Amenities include access to the wellness area (exclusive times can be reserved daily on site) with infrared cabin and medical massage beds, as well as collections of board games, DVDs, and books.



Smoking is allowed outside. Events are not permitted.



The hosts are easy to reach and readily available.
