Spacious 2 King bedroom apartment With Spectacular View

We have a lovely spacious 2 King Bedroom apartment in St George, Utah and would be glad to share it with a few amazing people We're located near the condos off Dixie Drive but we are not part of the condo association. so we do not have a clubhouse or pool. -We are near plenty of convenient hikes, scenic drives and delicious places to eat. Conveniently close to Zion National Park. All amenities included.

You are welcome to stay a few nights or longer.

We have high speed internet available at no charge.

There is a patio and a spectacular view for you to enjoy.

This is a custom built apartment, not a condo. We are two blocks east of the Green Valley Spa where they offer a wide variety of services.
Your pets are welcome if
1. You have cleared your specific pet with us prior to arrival
2. You use the pet covers provided if the pets are on the furniture
3. Your pet is not left unattended in the apartment without specific agreement from the host
4. If you cannot keep your pet with you during your activities, please make arrangements with a pet sitting service prior to your arrival

Beautiful Condo, fabulous location

The condo we stayed in was very nice. The couch and beds were super comfortable as were the pillows. There were plenty of towels, even larger towels if you wanted to go to the local pool that was close by. This condo was nicely decorated... lot of art work, I wonder if one of the owners is the artist, since so many had the same signature. The front deck had a BBQ grill and a nice bench swing which was a great place for morning coffee. The location of this place could not have been better for us. I would definitely stay here again.

Better than expected

Came out thinking we were getting a little apartment. It ended up being a beautiful home with small little apartments in the basement with sliding glass doors onto a big beautiful patio and the view was absolutely breathtaking right off the gate. Both me and my daughter tried to book another night because was it not only beautiful, but our hosts were absolutely phenomenal very welcoming everything was very clean orderly and they had so many extra things on hand that other people we've stayed with didn't I would highly recommend this place and we will definitely come back and stay here again.

My choices were limited as I was traveling with my small dog. The good news is they do accept pets but overall the property is neglected. Both showers drip. The filtered water dispenser on the fridge does not work. When I did speak to the owners daughter about it she just said they had hard water and I would need to use bottled water. There were a couple of small bottles of water but I had to lug heavy cases of bottled water from the store to the unit as I stayed for 2 weeks and mostly drink water and hot tea. The parking situation is very awkward and the photos are not up to date. The backyard has a nice view but is dirty and needs to be cleaned up. There is trash all over the vacant properties that are next door as well which is very visually unappealing. This place is an apartment under the owners home and unfortunately I could here all their plumbing from my room which woke me up early each morning. The unit really needs a deep cleaning and a table where you can set your beverage if you are watching TV. Couch was really big and awkward to get comfortable on. On a more positive note, there is a beautiful condo complex with nice grass up the hill if you need to walk your pet somewhere, plus a small park walking distance (Cottonwood) down the hill and across the street. Also a short drive is Tonaquint Nature Center that allows pets that was very nice and shady! I could never give this place 5 stars but maybe 4 if they cleaned up and fixed up!

Great stay!

We really enjoyed our stay at this apartment. The hosts were very accommodating. The location is great. We would definitely stay there again. They have everything you need to be comfortable.

Clean and beautiful. Hosts are so welcoming and wonderful to work with

We had a wonderful stay here. The apartment was clean, beautiful and convienently located. We loved using the pools and clubhouse. The hosts were friendly and helpful and so welcoming. Would highly recommend.

Fun stay in beautiful condo

This condo was spacious, clean, comfortable, and the kitchen was well stocked. It was beautifully appointed w lovely art. (It was much nicer than the photos.) Comfortable beds and 2 baths w a dining table for 6. The only reason this isn't 5 stars has nothing to do with the condo itself; it is because some of the amenities in the clubhouse are in bad repair. The two pools are fine. The condo is in a great location and the hosts could not have been nicer. Would be happy to stay again.

We really enjoyed staying in this condo with very comfy king beds and great facilities. It was our best stay in a very long time. We do plan to come back again.

Fabulous Stay!

This space was perfect for us and the couple who own the space were very accommodating and did everything they could think of to make our stay enjoyable. The space was also stocked with all the basic amenities which made life so much easier. . We cannot wait to come back again :)
