"Feels good staying here! We built this house with our own hands. We chose materials and a design that we loved and we think you will too! There are ash hardwood floors, custom white pine trim and mahogany decks. The interior has an open-concept floor plan inviting abundant natural light.

Guests must agree to a rental contract prior to booking."

The Space:
"The house is perfectly located in the center of the Berkshires. It is no more than 10 minutes from Lenox, Lee, West Stockbridge and Great Barrington. Central heating and air conditioning as well as other great features.Ā  Guest access to near by swimming, skiing, apple picking, fall foliage views, hiking, theater, and great restaurants.Ā  I live near by and I am happy to assist any time there are questions. My Dad is retired in the area and is also available to help.Ā  There is a sidewalk in front of the house that goes to town. The neighborhood is great for walking, jogging, or bike riding."

Other Things to Note:
Spring is an awesome time of the year in the Berkshires. However, we do not see high demand and so the prices are great!

The house was in a great and easily accessible location. We enjoyed the many comfortable bedrooms, the kitchen and the light that fills the house. The property is very nice and we imagine being there in the warm weather would be an added bonus. The little terraces/balconies were tempting!

Fantastic house, perfect location

The house was beyond their expectations. Location was private and awesome close to the Rockwell museum and the botanical gardens and local restaurants, etc. Teva was fantastic at communicating and always considerate and polite in our conversations. Lots of extras made this the perfect vacation for our family of eight.

Beautiful weekend in Stockbridge

6 of us recently visited for a weekend getaway. The owner is very responsive and even left us some nice welcome snacks! The house is very large with lots of sitting areas inside and outside. Big TVs in all bedrooms and in the denā€”love that! Kitchen is fully stocked. We really enjoyed the brightness of the house and hanging out by the fire pit. Will be happy to go back.

My family of 8 (me and the hubby, 3 adult sons and their wives/girlfriends) were in town for my nephewā€™s wedding in Lennox. Beautiful home base for us in Stockbridge and a short drive to everywhere we wanted to go. Loved it.

Beautiful home and grounds for extended family accommodations

Weekend away with family to attend niece/cousin graduation party. The home was more than expected and overly spacious. The grandkids and adults loved exploring the grounds of over 10 acres. Stockbridge and Great Barrington were fun locations and we recommend the Berkshire Botanical Gardens and for all you food needs and desires go to The Marketplace in Great Barrington for prepared foods and a lot more. You will leave with more than you intended.

A good time was had by all

We had a group of 7 adults who rented this home for a week of fun times in the Berkshires. We found this home to be very comfortable, well furnished, very well stocked, and tastefully decorated. Open floor plan with lots of common areas and spaces for everyone to hang together or find their separate place. We had a slight issue with the heat/AC ā€“ the thermostats (thankfully there were 2 zones) are programable and since we visited in the spring the heat/ac needs were ever-changing. The kitchen has almost everything we needed. Large bedrooms, large kitchen. The exact bed descriptions in each bedroom didnā€™t match the listing, but there are plenty of beds to go around, including 2 sleeper couches. The grounds are beautiful. Even though the property is essentially adjacent to a major highway with gorgeous plantings in-between, we ate outside several times using the large patio table. The wine and flowers upon arrival were a very nice touch. We would rent it again.

This property is just what we were looking for it is roomy and has a couple of cubbies for a little privacy or a cozy chat. The owners were very accommodating and responsive, super nice to deal with. This house is a winner.

Great location in spotless house in Stockbridge

There was ample room for 7 of us, including a two-year-old. There were spaces to sit and eat together, and spaces for privacy. The hosts put out a child's table and chairs and an indoor play tent that amused our toddler. We scarcely needed to call on our hosts for assistance, but they were instantly responsive. The location is a two-minute drive to the Red Lion, and easily accessible to Lenox and Great Barrington.

Fall Foliage Trip

The property was clean and very, very comfortable. Rooms were adequate for three of the four couples staying. The one room that was a minor challenge was a room that appeared to be child friendly. Great kitchen, adequate eating area and social common areas. Surrounding property grounds afforded able space for outdoor activities. Location to Sturbridge and western Massachusetts and surrounding states was a definite advantage.

We enjoyed our stay and will be returning in 2023! We arrived to find a welcoming arrangement of food and beverages, an example of how thoughtful our hosts were. They had anticipated our needs and made us feel at home. They were responsive to all the minor issues that can arise during a month's occupancy. Decoration included carefully selected and interesting artworks. Lighting throughout the house was excellent. The kitchen was well equipped with gas stove and large refrigerator. The dining room opens on a patio with gas grill. The first floor also included a large master suite and spacious walk-in closet. The 2nd floor is set up with both private and common areas so multiple families can use it. We had both our children's families with us for part of the time and the house accommodated all. There are toys for children. The garage opens to the kitchen and provided protected entry during rain. Central heat and a/c was excellent. The location, just south of Stockbridge, is excellent but renters should be aware that while the house is on a side road and visually isolated from nearby route 7, traffic noise is audible on the grounds around the house. This was clearly not a deal breaker for us; as we said, we will be returning and anticipate another great vacation in 2023.

2 Goodrich St Stockbridge

House was in prime location for our event. Two master suites were perfect for older adults and other bedrooms were great for younger crowd. Grounds were nice though we did not have time to use them. Kitchen had all we needed. Decks were nice in mornings when not too hot.

Amazing house in the Berkshires

The house was extremely accommodating. We were a family group of 8 - 5 adults, 3 children - and we had more than enough living space. There are plenty of places for privacy as well as space to all interact together. Numerous windows are one of the best features of the house along with the open layout. The kitchen was well stocked with dishes, glasses, pots and pans. Lovely grounds for outside enjoyment. Easy drive to Great Barrington.

Great Location

We had a wonderful stay at this property. It was very clean, the bedrooms were all large, and the house was fully stocked. Stockbridge is walkable, and the other towns are 5 to 10 minutes away. We enjoyed using the fire pit and exploring the property. Thanks for a wonderful stay.
