The house features 2 bedrooms on the first floor, 1 bedroom upstairs, as well as a large room with ample space accommodating 4 single beds + 1 double bed (ideal for children)—bathroom and separate toilet on the first floor; shower room with sink, shower, and toilet upstairs - Back patio and garden area wrapping around three-quarters of the house—no shared walls—very quiet neighborhood, primarily residential—small gate to enter the garden—parking space in front of the garage or next to the garden hedge<br><br>##### COVID-19 MEASURES<br>Due to current health conditions and subject to new constraints related to government restrictions, please find below the special conditions we have put in place to ensure our guests have a stay that is appropriate for the situation<br><br>1) One-week stays will run from Sunday morning through Saturday at 11 a.m.<br>2) No contact upon arrival or departure; keys will be accessible without the need for a staff member to be present<br>3) A welcome guide will be provided for the shared use of the rental property<br>4) Disposable mattress and pillow protectors will be provided to guests<br>5) Guests are responsible for providing their own sheets, duvet covers, and pillowcases<br>6) The end-of-stay cleaning fee is mandatory; this fee is €100.00<br>7) Refund Policy in Case of Cancellation<br> - 100% refund up to 30 days before the start date of the stay<br> - 50% refund up to 14 days before the start date of the stay<br> - no refund after 14 days prior to the start date of the stay<br>8) The remaining balance for the rental must be paid by bank transfer one week before the arrival date at the rental property<br>9) The security deposit check must be left on site by the tenants and will be voided or returned according to the terms specified in the contract
