Ideal location on a quiet cul-de-sac between Bridgehampton and Sag Harbor. Ocean beaches are less than ten minutes away by car. The home is designed for easy living with a dramatic, 2-story ceiling Great Room at the heart of the 4 bedroom, 3 bath layout. The master bedroom has a king size bed, there are two bedrooms with queen size beds, one with two twins and a crib is available if needed. Direct access outside to decking and the pool, with an automatic cover and safety gates, which has ample screening for great privacy. Generous outdoor dining space, a large grille and an indoor/outdoor music system are in place for relaxing pool side dining.

Location is amazing, close to Sag Harbor and Bridgehampton. Lots of toys for kids, which was wonderful. Mattresses very uncomfortable. Had issue with hall bathroom not flushing properly and sink in MBR not draining well. We only stayed a few days so not sure owner had time to address plumbing issues. House very family friendly. Quiet location.

Excellent Family Stay!

Our family had a comfortable and very fun stay. Our young kids loved the toys, the yard, and the pool, and the grown-ups loved the porch, the pool, the safe yard/pool set-up, plus the proximity to town, beach, and wineries! We appreciated the easy communication with the owner and his local recommendations. We highly recommend this property, and we hope to return soon!

Well listed and accurately represented

Clean, neat, easy communication with owner. What else can you ask for. I would definitely go back on my next trip to the area.

Perfect relaxing summer vacation

Our family had a wonderful and comfortable stay. It's perfect for families with young children with plenty of space outdoors and in, lots of toys and even a hidden playroom. The pool was great with easy automatic cover. Great location just a few minutes from Bridgehampton and 10 to Sag. Hope to be back soon!

Perfect for kids!

The house exceeded our expectations- they have everything you could possibly need if you’re traveling with kids. I have three under 7 and they cried when we left! Great for adults just looking to kick back as well- plenty of space for our party of 7. Big spacious yard, pool is very nice, clean and warm. Would definitely go back!!

Great Family Friendly House

We had a great time staying at this property. Kevin was very responsive and quick to answer any questions we had. It rained the night before, so the pool cover was flooded. He called the pool company right away and he walked my husband how to do it ourselves (if we wanted to). Problem was solved super quick. We stayed there with our two kids (age 10 and 8) and they had everything we needed for entertainment available (racing buggy, pool floats/toys, games, beach gear, etc.....) Kids had a blast in their pool... Location is great, close to beaches, grocery store and to the main street in Bridgehampton. Would definitely recommend this house for a family looking for a place to stay for the week.

A fabulous wedding weekend

Kevin is a amazing host. We needed a house that could accommodate 6 adults and 2 young children for my son's wedding. Throughout the process Kevin was extremely responsive whenever i had concerns or questions and more than accommodating -even when we had to change date of wedding. The house was exactly as the photos offered through VRBO and the location of the house could not have been better. Just a short distance to both Bridgehampton and Sag Harbor. A beautiful deck and back yard that is perfect for entertaining as well as a house that is really child friendly, i look forward to renting from it again in the future.

Great vacation getaway

Host was very responsive. Made sure we arrived , gave us tailored directions and helpful hints about the area regarding reservations and things to do. House was just as pictured/ described. My kids asked when can we go back !

End of summer stay

Ultimate family friendly house

We had a fabulous time and wish we could have stayed longer. This was the perfect house for the kids who loved the small table and chairs, pool and outside play house. The location was perfect, close to the children's museum, downtown and the beaches as well as close to Sag Harbor and a nearby playground. The cul-de-sac was great for the kids to bike and scoot.

Perfection!

The location was perfect. Super close to the winery where we are members (Channing's Daughter) and to downtown Sag Harbor. The house itself was roomy enough for four couples. The pool was amazing as it was heated and the deck was a perfect spot for group dinners. It was very easy to get in touch with Kevin. He was very very responsive and checked in on us to make sure all was well. Looking forward to booking this place again next year if available!

Lovely, comfortable home for a family vacation

My family and I very much enjoyed our vacation in this home! The house was open, bright, and cheerful and had a spacious layout. Everyone enjoyed playing in the pool and reclining in the lounge chairs, and my husband really enjoyed barbecuing! One small issue arose with a light,, and the owner was on top of it, and very responsive. We hope to return in the future, thank you!

Spacious and light house in beautiful neighborhood--close to everything!

We arrived late at night from a flight from California, fell into comfortable beds to awaken to a beautiful house, with well stocked kitchen, and beautiful neighborhood, conveniently located close to Sag Harbor, Bridgehampton, and the ocean. I highly recommend this house. It is also child proofed with a security fence around the pool. The owner was very helpful and responsive on email. Great 4 days in the Hamptons!!

Perfect Getaway!

Friends and I rented this beautiful home over Memorial Day weekend! The home was well appointed and had everything needed for an enjoyable stay. Our group loves entertaining, cooking and grilling and the home had everything we needed for a Memorial Day BBQ: pot's pans, dishware, etc. We loved sitting by the (very clean) pool, (which we later found out was heated!), and truly enjoyed the SONOS stereo system that was wired throughout the entire house and backyard! (Such a fabulous feature!) All in all we loved our stay, and hope to return again soon! Thank you!

Charming and comfortable

What a wonderful home. Communication with the owner was exceptional. Any questions received a reply quickly. The house was just as described. It was clean and spacious. The pool was lovely! We were a group of 3 couples and would gladly stay there again and recommend it to friends. The only negative comment I can say was we had to remove the trash from the house and dump it elsewhere, that would be the only negative part of our stay. This house is wonderful and we had a great experience there. Thanks Kevin!
