Downtown Toronto Tree-Top Gem

A contemporary 75 sq m (800 sq ft) apartment located on the 3rd floor of a privately owned triplex. This unique space, within walking distance of everything, is a fully furnished unit equipped to make your stay both comfortable and enjoyable.

This unique space is fully-furnished 2 bedroom /1 bath unit and will comfortably accommodate 3 people (Note: There is a 3rd person charge of $55 per stay if there is a 3rd person occupying the unit). It’s within walking distance of the downtown core (Eaton Centre & Dundas Square are 900 metres away) and close to all major attractions.

The living room features a wood-burning fireplace and cable equipped TV for those cozy nights at home. The bathroom is modern and sleek and features both heated floors and heated towel rack.

There are 2 bedrooms. The smaller bedroom (7.5 sq m / 81 sq ft) has a desk and fold-down double sofa bed for those days you need to work at home and for overnight friends. The master bedroom (13.5 sq m / 144 sq ft) has a queen bed and wall-mounted TV.

The unit has a small private outdoor terrace.

NOTE: This is a 3rd floor walk-up – there is no elevator. It is NOT recommended if you have a problem with stairs or have mobility issues.

Check-in is anytime after 15:00 - later arrivals can be accommodated. Check-out is at 11:00

Parking is on-street and a city parking permit is required. Information on how to obtain the permit online is provided when the booking is confirmed.

Fab flat close to Ryerson

We were in Toronto to move our daughter into Ryerson. Philip and Anthony’s apartment was the perfect launch pad! Perfectly appointed, the apartment was spotless and included considerate touches like coffee, milk, OJ and breakfast staples. Philip was there to greet us and provide a rundown of all the ins and outs. Thank you so much for a terrific stay!

One of the cleanest places I have stayed in.

Anthony and Phillip are fantastic. They were incredibly helpful, kind and friendly which goes a long way when you're a single gal trying to navigate through downtown Toronto. I can't express my sincere gratitude enough to how hospitable they were. The apartment exceeded my expectations. It was immaculately clean, organized and well stocked with things I didn't even anticipate. The location is great as you can walk pretty much anywhere. I would definitely come back here again. A huge thank you to Phillip and Anthony for making my stay enjoyable.

Fantastic spot, location, and owner

Location is great being a short walk to the downtown core, but also other neighborhoods. 10 minute walk to a Loblaws at the old Maple Leaf Gardens which was very convenient. The space is very well designed with great decor while maintaining character in a heritage building. Anthony (owner) responded to all inquiries very quickly and took the time and effort to show us the property and how everything worked. Very accommodating and definitely will look to book again when returning to Toronto!

Perfect in every way

We loved the home, which looks as great as the pictures on the website. It was cozy for our winter trip, with a wood fireplace that we used in the evenings and a really comfortable bed. Philip greeted us when we arrived and gave us a short tour. He was friendly and responsive but respectful of our privacy. The amenities exceeded our expectations, such as some food and drinks in the kitchen and a washer/dryer for clothes. In the neighborhood, we particularly enjoyed the Allan Gardens Conservatory, the House on Parliament, and Paintbox Bistro. We would return in a heartbeat.

A Base to stay for Toronto 😀

The apartment provided a perfect base for our first visit to Toronto 😀 We were greeted by a great neighbour ... had the cutest dog xx and hence felt welcomed & familiar with the apartment straight away. We felt that absolutely everything we could have wanted was catered for & would highly recommend. Even the 4 flights of stairs helped us to exercise 🤪 Great stay xx

A hidden gem!

This place is a treasure. Perfectly located, just a couple of blocks from the heart of Toronto. The apartment is beautifully and comfortably decorated, very clean and every amenity is at hand. The hosts were wonderful! From the first inquiry to my departure, they responded promptly and professionally. I loved everything about it! A great Toronto apartment

This was one of the best apartments we have stayed in. There are two good size bedrooms and a large living/dining room so there was plenty of space. The owners have renovated to a very high standard and the place was clean and obviously well looked after. The owners themselves were a pleasure to deal with. They demonstrated everything we needed to know about the apartment and gave recommendations for where to go and where to eat. The location is perfect. We heard no traffic noise at night. It was easy to park. It is close to Yonge and Dundas so it is possible to walk to many places, otherwise public transport is simple. The only word of warning is that there are a lot of stairs. We very strongly recommend this apartment and hope to go back again.

Great neighbourhood that is quiet and safe. 10 min walking distance to Dundas square. Beds are comfortable and kitchen was well stocked. Very accommodating!

Sweet Apartment to feel at home when you are away

Very nice owner, he helped us with the luggage and explained everything necessary (though there was also an explaining letter). Amazing sweet little clean apartment in the 3rd floor (quite a few steps, but worth it) with a little balcony to sit on and everything that you need. We stayed only with 2 persons here and it has a second bedroom so you might as well stay with 3 or 4 persons if you like each other ;) We enjoyed our stay very much - Phillip even had some milk, eggs, bread and butter in the fridge (and some other things to eat for a good start), that was super nice! I would recommend this apartment for couples who want to see a lot of Toronto (Bike-Station just 2 min away)!

Excellent property a short walk from the centre

Met by the owners on arrival and shown around the property and given clear demonstrations and instructions on how to use the facilities provided. Approx 20 minute walk to the majority of tourist attractions. Property was clean and in good condition with good cooking facilities if required. Would stay here again if visiting the area.

Beautiful condo and amazing hosts!

Wow! What a beautiful place in central Toronto. Phillip and Anthony are incredible hosts. All the information we needed was sent before our arrival. Phillip took time to walk us through the condo and provide a few recommendations on neighbourhood restaurants. The condo is absolutely lovely. The extras provided (coffee, tea, milk, cereal, bread, peanut butter, spices.....the list goes on) were amazing. Best VRBO we have ever stayed in!

Perfect chilled stay

We stayed at this property for 10 days as my partners daughter was getting married in Toronto. We were met by Philip who showed us around the lovely immaculate apartment. Lots and lots of thoughtful little touches including food/breakfast items to keep you going. Lots of storage, comfortable beds and a bathroom with a shower we never wanted to get out of! It was very humid in Toronto when we stayed so to come back to this air conditioned apartment at the end of the day was sheer bliss. Location is perfect for downtown and very close to the Eaton shopping centre and walkable to downtown Toronto. I must confess we used Uber a lot of the time. So cheap and convenient door to door and handy for those venues and restaurants that you want to arrive at feeling refreshed. We loved Toronto and our base and a big thank you to Philip and Anthony.

Treetop Delight

Lovely apartment within easy walking distance to downtown Toronto, shops, restaurants and a great supermarket. This apartment was ideal for our family with all the amenities we needed. It was very clean and spacious with the added bonus of a small outdoor area. The décor was lovely. Anthony made the booking process very straightforward and gave us helpful tips for transport from the airport while Philip met us at the apartment, showed us around and gave us useful information about the area (including Loblaws supermarket). They were also really helpful when our son's bag didn't arrive on our flight and helped us retrieve it. Having a phone to use in the apartment was a great addition when trying to retrieve list luggage and booking a taxi back to the airport. I couldn't recommend this apartment highly enough. Thank you Philip and Anthony - we loved it!

Great Apartment at Central Toronto

We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves at Antony's apartment. The location of the apartment is superb! It is right in the central downtown area with only 8 minute - walking distance to Dandus subway station and Eaton Centre. There are so many attractions in downtown area can be reached by foot from the apartment. The specious apartment is thoughtfully, tastefully and immaculately decorated and it is spotlessly clean through out. The neighbour hood is quiet which secure you a good night sleep after a long day out. Antony and Phillip were very thoughtful and helpful. Not having a mobile phone was not an issue for us because Antony and Phillip just tried their best to cope with our situation to help us. We are very grateful for finding such a good place to stay and having the support from the owners of the place. We definitely recommend the place to our friends and will stay again when visiting Toronto next time.

Very nice apartment near downtown

The apartment are so nice and cozy! We like it to stay here so mutch and the rooms are very clean. There are all what you need in the vacation and more... You can spend a rainy day up here in the apartment easely or walk 10min to the eaten center for shopping. The owner of this apartment are very nice guy and he are soo friendly and helpful. So thanks a lot for staying here and we would tell every our friends to get in this perfect apartment in Toronto! Amazing Apartnent

After looking at several places online for our trip to Toronto, We chose Anthony & Phillip's place and boy did we make the right choice. From the time we arrived the attention and personalized check in we received from our hosts were the start of things to come. We entered a very clean, modern and spacious apartment with amazing skylights and furnishings and contained every possible convenience we required. Lots of bonus food and supplies we're left for us and best of all was location, location, location! We were a short walk to Young & Dundas and we're able to walk to the Elgin Theatre and shop on the major streets. If you can manage stairs, this is the place for you. Thank you Anthony & Phillip for a wonderful stay.

Great weekend stay

My friends and I stayed in this apartment during our June weekend stay in Toronto. The pre-communication, check-in process and stay was all wonderful. Anthony and Phillip provided great hospitality and even left us with some groceries like milk, eggs, bacon, coffee, tea and much more to help us enjoy our time without having to go do full groceries. The apartment is very stylish and comfortable. Highly recommended.
