Had a Great Stay!

My wife and I stayed at Jody's place for a week and had an amazing time. Also had some friends come out from Brooklyn to join us. The house is extremely charming. A really great feel. Very light and open. The kitchen is perfect. We hung out at the kitchen table for hours. The bedrooms are comfortable. Everything has charm, but is in excellent condition. The house is on a quiet road. It's just a few minutes walk to the bay. We went swimming several times a day. It's close to East Hampton, Amagansett and everything else in Springs. Jody is completely on top of it. Very easy to reach and eager to help with anything. When we come back, we will definitely stay here again.

Wonderful cottage in East Hampton

Judy’s place is clean, well equipped, and in a great location that gave easy access to East Hampton’s beaches, markets, shopping and restaurants. Great proximity to everything - but also removed enough to unplug and get some peace. Highly recommended.

What a great stay! The house was clean, cozy and perfect for a family or small group with one king room, one queen and one single (w trundle). Judy could not have been nicer or more welcoming and helpful. Great location - close to both East Hampton and Amagansett. Overall, a really positive experience!

Perfect location for eastern Long Island activities

The property was very comfortable with a little bit of 1960’s charm. It was within walking distance of some waterfront restaurants. It allowed for a Day well spent driving to Sag Harbor and ferrying (with car) to Sheler Island and again to Greenport. A must to see and feel what this area has to offer. Bon fires are allowed on the beach so be sure to cruise by in the evening. East Hampton, in addition to housing the rich and famous, is amazingly wooded which is unique considering how close it is to the water. Deer abound and there is plent of nature to take in. Great time!

Perfect retreat

The house is ideal for a Hamptons getaway. Perfectly situated next to the bay (less than a two minute walk to a fantastic swimming area) and near some of the best restaurants in the Hamptons (do not miss Bay Kitchen Bar). It is also a conveniently quick trip into downtown East Hampton. The house was very clean and had a great kitchen for cooking and living room for relaxing. The large yard is well maintained and perfect for spending time outside. Judy could not have been more friendly or easy to deal with--if you are looking for your next vacation spot, look no more!

Wonderful property

This is a very lovely home. The home is clean and well maintained. The homeowners are easy to work with and very accommodating. Our group has stayed twice at this home and look forward to our next trip! We highly recommend this cottage!

5 Stars is not enough.

Bring your clothings & that's all you need.....everything else is all put together nice & most imp. CLEAN! Place was great, but the owners make it easy, relaxing and very convenient. In a fully-furnished Rental like this, it's the place + the Owner that is important. This place has been kept in an amazing condition + the owner is very very nice to work with. Not just as a landlord, but also a very nice person to deal with. We could not have been any better anywhere else. They have everything together in the house, from kitchen to laundry + all the things you need to have a good time. The owners make it so much better by communicating in an amazing manner. The house is near the market, docks, montauk and all the nice things that East Suffolk can bring out for a great vacation, or for just a relaxing weekend. Will surely keep going back!!!

Lovely house, peaceful and convenient

The house is just as advertised. An easy drive from the village. Well appointed and well stocked for our family of three. Spacious kitchen. On a quiet road. Deer welcomed us on the lawn one morning! Very clean and cozy. The piano was a plus for us, too. Owner was helpful and easy to work with. Thanks for a great Labor Day Weekend!

Great comfortable location

This is the second time we stayed at the house for over a week and both times Judy has been a pleasure to deal with. The home is very clean with a well equipped kitchen and comfortable beds. This a great location not far from the shopping in East Hampton. We will not hesitate to rent this home again on our next trip to the Hamptons

Gracious Owners

Judy rescued me and my family from a botched reservation somewhere else, and was extremely gracious and a pleasure to deal with. The house was clean and comfortable, and in a quiet neighborhood. The kitchen cabinets were labeled so we didn't have to spend 5 minutes looking for the right one when we needed something. I have never seen that in any of our many other house rentals. There was a guest book that contained all of the information you would ever need about the house and the area. We will definitely be renting this house again.

Relaxing East Hampton Stay!

My family and I stayed at Judy's East Hampton home over Mother's Day weekend and we had a fantastic time! The house is located on a beautiful quiet block minutes from the bay. It was very pleasant to sit outdoors and enjoy our family lunch while listening to the birds and feel the perfect ocean breeze. The property is very well maintained, and the lay out of the house flows from room to room. Thank you Judy and Lori for allowing us to stay at your beautiful home!

Beautiful cottage in a great location with all the amenities

We spent memorial day weekend at the house this year with 4 adults and a kid. Judy and Lori were excellent hosts with great communication and made our stay extremely comfortable and convenient. We spoke to many of the friendly neighbors who talked about how the house was the best in the neighborhood. The house is fully equipped and on a tememdous piece of land convenient to EH town. All details have been looked at and we would love to go back to the house as a family. Thanks a lot Judy and Lori for an amazing stay - we will be back! Tushar

A wonderful getaway with all the comforts of home

This is a beautiful, comfortable, spotlessly clean home that offers complete peace and quiet only a short ride from ocean and bay beaches and downtown East Hampton. It served our group's multiple purposes for this vacation, as I needed quiet time to write, while my husband and 23-year-old son wanted lots of beach time and biking. The 3d bedroom is perfect for an office and the patio table, surrounded by a large lawn, is a very relaxing place to write. We cooked on the grill almost every night and ate on the patio under the stars. The spacious kitchen has everything you need to cook. There's a great farm stand just down the main road that sells incredibly fresh vegetables and fruit. Great bike routes begin right outside the door. And the owners couldn't be nicer or more accommodating. Highly recommended (in case it isn't obvious)!

Relaxing Getaway!

We were 5 adults, 30's, looking to get out of the city for the holiday. The house is great, on a big piece of land, deer in the yard. The patio and BBQ were perfect and the kitchen is a good size too. The house is very well kept and furnished nicely. They had everything we needed! Its also close enough to the the downtown area (but also far enough away - 10 min or so drive to Main beach) and a walk or quick drive a The Bay Kitchen Bar where we enjoyed a great meal with beautiful views! The experience was exactly what we were looking for!

Review of East Hampton Beach Cottage

I had a wonderful stay at this East Hampton/Springs beach cottage in June. The house is located in a park-like setting which peaceful and beautiful. The area is quiet and a short walk to the bay where you can watch the sun set. It's a great choice for those looking for a break from city life. The house is roomy, with three bedrooms and two baths, and is immaculate. There is a Weber grill on the patio for those who like to barbeque as well as a good kitchen. The Harbor Bistro, a nice restaurant with a bay view, is within walking distance. The town of East Hampton is a short drive. The owners are very helpful and well-organized. I highly recommend this house for a great vacation.

Off Three Mile Harbor Road, our location is one of the most coveted in East Hampton's Springs... just before the curve of a tree lined road, with Nature Conservancy land and the serene bay water both directly across the street and around the bend. Our nearly acre of landscaped property is perfect for playing catch, throwing a frisbee or simply relaxing under the shade of a tree with a good book. Our home historically and today is a place where writers, artists, actors and creatives find inspiration.
