On the lower level is the pool house, where you'll find a new fully equipped open-plan kitchen, a living room and a terrace overlooking the pool.

On the middle level, there are three air-conditioned double bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms, and three children's bedrooms sharing an independent bathroom. Also on this floor, a laundry room, separate WC and a large games room/library with table soccer, ping-pong table, darts, board games and numerous books (in French, English or Spanish) are available for your entertainment.
On the upper floor, you'll find two additional large bedrooms with air-conditioning and private access to a shared bathroom, a second fully-equipped open-plan kitchen, a large 60m2 living room complemented by its 60m2 terrace with garden furniture and a breathtaking view over the bay of Le Lavandou. Also on this level, you'll find a second south-facing terrace with its own pétanque court..

This Villa boasts a magnificent salt water infinity pool, fully fenced and secured. Access to the pool is via a gentle stone slope, allowing younger guests to enjoy the pool to the full. Deckchairs and a shower are available around the pool.

In the garden, not far from the pool, you'll find a kiosk equipped with a fridge and a gas BBQ, as well as a shaded terrace where you can enjoy an aperitif or a meal in peace and quiet. You can also read or relax in the garden furniture. A second petanque court is nearby.

Wi-Fi is available throughout the villa.

Linen and towels are provided for stays of more than 5 nights, and beds are made up on arrival. For shorter stays, household linen (sheets and towels) can be provided on request for €200.
