Located between the Center Village and Union Creek, you’re only steps from the lifts, the Union Creek Schoolhouse, and recreation bike paths that go west to Vail and northeast to Frisco. This luxury condo is on the 3rd level facing the mountains and is one of the only two condos on this floor. The courtyard is nothing short of superb. With its 20ft swimming pool, a zero entry pool, a large hot tub, grill, and firepit, you will find that this is the perfect place to start or end your day!

The condo contains three bedrooms, which all have king size beds. If you prefer, one of the bedrooms can be converted into two twin beds. The living room has a sleeper sofa that will fit two people. Also, there is a spiral staircase leading to the loft which has a sleeper sofa and desk area with a TV. This spacious condo will comfortably sleep 10 people. There are three full bathrooms. The 2 master baths have a Jacuzzi tub, separate shower, and two sinks. The guest bath has a combo tub/shower.

Granite countertops and state of the art appliances accent a full kitchen with island, and a gas fireplace in the family room is perfect for a cozy evening. This unit is equipped with a brand new flat screen tv in every room. Cable TV and DVD player is also included for your entertainment! Also, High speed wireless internet at no cost is available in the unit for your business or personal needs. The unit also has a telephone in the kitchen. This telephone has a direct line for Guest Services so if there is ever an issue with anything you can give Guest Services a call at any time.

The Cirque's lobby is perfect for families. It features a two-way fireplace and wet bar for family or friend gatherings. You will also have access to the media room with a TV & DVD, a fitness room with shower facilities, and a room specifically for the kids to play.
