Pre Christmas ski trip

We stayed for a week to ski at Park City, we had 4 adults and 4 kids. It was a perfect spot for our group. The location to either the town lift or the bus to Park City was super convenient. Jane was a great host!

Great location as it was easy to get to Town lift and town. Owner was responsive and easy to work with. Wi-Fi was slow / buffered when we utilized DirectTV app and streamed basketball game. We would recommend condo and owner.

Fantastic apartment in Park City!

I spent three weeks in this apartment this summer and it is such a nice place. Park Station, with its pool (pools are rare in Utah despite the warm summer weather) and location just where Main Street starts, is probably the best place in the whole town. The apartment was clean and nicely decorated. Everything we needed was there. The owner is also very nice and helpful and if you plan a trip to Park City, this apartment should be on your short list! Thanks Jane for letting us stay at your place, we had a fantastic time! =)

Best Location, Great setup

Fantastic property. Loved every minute of our trip there. Short walk to Town Lift and rest of downtown PC.Condo itself was clean, well maintained and very well appointed with plenty of kitchen equipment, plenty of towels, paper products, pillows and blankets. Beds were comfortable and with 6 total beds in the unit, our whole group got a great night's rest. Jane was a fantastic host and provided absolutely phenomenal service and communication - probably the best I have ever experienced with a VRBO host. She absolutely went above and beyond all my expectations.The property was great and we loved the hot tub.The only things that could have been better would have been a gas fire log in the unit but given how great everything else was this is a very minor thing. Also in unit washer/dryer would have been ideal but that is obviously out of the control of the host.

Great Condo at a Great Location!

My family and I stayed here in December 2016. There were 5 of us total, and the condo was a great size for us. We could have fit one or two more people comfortably. It was recently updated and looked very nice! The amenities were exactly what we needed. There is an indoor hot tub and sauna in the basement level of the building, which two of us took advantage of. There is also an outdoor heated pool and hot tub. The location was excellent! It was a short walk to the town lift and right next to the free trolley stop. We did not need to rent a car because of its close proximity to the bus stop, which we were able to take to the grocery store. We would definitely rent this condo again! The owner is very nice and provides plenty of information regarding local services and shopping. I highly recommend this condo!

Fantastic place near the slopes

Great place to stay near the slopes of Park City and in the heart of downtown. We had two families - with eight people total - and fit easily. A short walk to the Town Chair and you are skiing within minutes. Ski down and you are minutes from your place or plenty of locations for an after skiing drink or snack. You are a short walk to all of downtown Park City restaurants, shops, bars, etc. Condo had everything we needed.

We had group of 6 for ski vacation. Condo was very well equipped. Everything went very smooth. Location is great with access to Main Street shops and food just steps away. Town lift also close making ski access very easy as well. (Although not recommended for beginner skiers as the access runs to the bottom of Town Lift is challenging.). Overall great value.

Great location, good value

We had an awesome time in Park City renting from Jane. The property is located right off Main St On Park Ave with great access to both the in-town Ski lift (although not yet open when we stayed due to lack of snowfall) as well as great bars/restaurants. Additionally, the condo is located right on the public transit line allowing easy access to park city mountain village, canyons and deer valley. Jane was responsive, helpful and provided a clean and comfortable property for our stay at a good rate. We would definitely recommend Janeā€™s property to others.

Fully stocked, clean and ready to go!

The condo is in a great location with easy access to historic downtown Park City. Condo was very clean and extremely well stocked which was incredibly helpful (there was even a first aid kit and hydrogen peroxide which came in handy after a mountain bike crash)! The beds were comfortable and there were lots of movies to choose from. The check in / out process was a breeze. The bike trail is right outside the building which was great. Only compliant I have has nothing to do with the condo or owners but relates to the pool and hot tub. They were really gross with lots of debris, bugs and hair. To the point even my kids were grossed out. I tried skimming the pool and hot tub which helped a little but not much. Not sure what was up there but we visited Labor Day weekend so maybe maintenance does work holidays but be sure to ask if that is fixed if you are looking to enjoy those amenities.

My husband and I are avid outdoor enthusiasts with two active children, which is why Park City is our absolute favorite place to be in the world! We initially purchased our condo in Park Station because we LOVE skiing, snowshoeing & hiking in the winter! But we soon realized that mountain biking, hiking, and just exploring Main Street & the area in the spring, summer & fall are just as fun and exciting! Some of our favorite things to do are go to the Park Silly Farmer's Market on Sundays in the summer, as well as all the festivals & free concerts at the resorts, or to walk to the City Park next door to play tennis, basketball or just run around with our kids (who have enjoyed trying to skate or scooter at the adjacent skate park). We love Park Station because it truly has the BEST location in Old Town Park City! Located right at the bast of Main Street, it is just steps away from all the action of the shops, galleries, restaurants, entertainment and night life! Yet the condo complex remains quiet, cozy and private like a mountain retreat should be! It has the largest outdoor heated pool & hot tubs in Old Town, and the entire family enjoys nightly swims & soaks after an active day on the mountain! We also enjoy having BBQ's outside using the grill and eating al fresco at the tables on the courtyard while the kids throw a football around or run back & forth between the pool. It is great for both families with children or an adult adventure get-away weekend trip! Great amenities, superior service, amazing views and LOCATION LOCATION LOCATION! Park Station is also located right on the FREE Park City Public Bus Stop, which will take you everywhere you need to go in Park City without having to rent a car. But if you do decide to bring a car, we also offer FREE parking in our lot, which on Main Street is worth its weight in gold!

I have developed unique partnerships with many local businesses, who offer my guests the best discounts and services for ski/snowboard rentals, transportation services, grocery/alcohol delivery, babysitting services. private ski lessons or mountain guides, etc. I can also recommend and make reservations at the best restaurants for your group, and have all of the insider knowledge that only a local would know about Park City which I extend to all of my guests!
