We are Dog friendly with dog door and fence back area for our furry friends!
Come ready to relax and enjoy yourself in our beautiful views and nature. Over an acre of property with natural Sonoran desert landscaping. Front of the house has amazing Mountain views of Supersition .
This 3 Bedrooms, 2 Bathroom, Adobe home with Saltillo floors open floor plan is warm and inviting. The living area looks out to superstition mountain.
Kitchen is a Delight, stand at the kitchen sink and see the peaceful beautiful desert, watch the cardinals & quails. Huge Butcher Block island any chef would love, eat in kitchen with views, Copper sink, Stainless Steel Appliances, Granite Counter Tops, Refrigerator with Ice Maker and water, 47” Flat Screen TV, Real Fireplace and Windows bringing the outdoors in. Large Master Bedroom, king size bed, TV, huge walk in Shower, Mexican vanity with traditional bowl sink. Wake up in bed to Mountain views. Split floor plan for privacy 2nd Bedroom has Queen Bed with unique Mexican flair and views. 3rd bedroom is great for 4 kids or 2 adults with 2 double/full beds.
Enjoy the Outdoor Patio living area, Barbecue, outdoor heater, table to relax and eat out doors with views. Enjoy Jacuzzi views and nature is abundant. The sunsets are amazing!

This home has wireless internet.

Hike, bike, ride horseback, spa, shop or play golf. Places to visit: Usery Mountain Regional Park area with thousands of acres of trails or walk the main street of Goldmine Ghost town. We are 2 miles from Dinosaur Mountain & Sidewinder golf courses. New San Tan outdoor mall with all the shopping & restaurants you could want.

We had a great time!

Beautiful neighborhood, handy to everything. Kitchen had every appliance you would need. We really adored the outdoor space, coming from Colorado. We were out there all the time and usimg the hot tub. Perfect two weeks!

Sleepy Hollow

The views were amazing, hot tub was excellent (a bobcat strolled by the fence while we were enjoying the hot tub). Nice comfortable leather recliner sofas in living room and big kitchen to prepare meals. We enjoyed hiking at nearby Silly Mountain, drove to GoldField Ghost town and the Canyon Lake area. It was a great trip and we were fortunate to get the best weather.

Gold Canyon winter retreat

This property/house was perfect for our first winter getaway in Arizona. We fell in love with the area and the mountain view from the front of the house is unbelievable. Denice was responsive to all our needs, which weren’t many. We loved all the hiking close by and the peace and quiet in this gorgeous neighborhood. Can’t wait to come back!

Peaceful, Beautiful, & Perfect!

This home is amazing! We loved the beautiful backyard space, & loved that it was fenced in for our pups safety! The hot tub was very clean, & wonderful to slip into at night & star gaze! Everything in this home is beautifully decorated withSouthwestern flare & art. All the amenities that we needed were provided, and plenty more! Our family came with a trailer to haul our OHV & there was plenty of parking space (which we were a little concerned about)--so we were very pleased pleased pleased

Great basecamp

We chose this pet friendly property to do some hiking in the Superstition Mountains, and it did not disappoint! It’s location in a very nice quiet neighborhood is less than 30 minutes away from the trailheads for spectacular hikes in the Supes. The property is large and beautifully landscaped with a lovely patio and dog-safe garden. The house is clean, comfortable and very well stocked, allowing us to cook in and enjoy the tranquility of meals on the patio. The Phoenix area was having unseasonably hot weather for March, but the house kept cool with only minimal use of the powerful AC. Check-in was easy; the host left clear instructions for how everything works. Highly recommend!

Classic Adobe Getaway

This place is super comfortable with recliners in the living area and so many outdoor seating options. The mature desert landscape is full of birds and bunnies and so gorgeous. Kitchen is fully equipped, and the garage is available for parking and easy entry. Location was very close to the Peralta trailhead in a quiet neighborhood. Gold Canyon has several restaurants and a nice grocery; good shopping is available in nearby suburbs. Highly recommended.

Lovely home, good value, stunning views.

We were visiting family in the area for Thanksgiving and this house met our needs perfectly. We especially enjoyed the private arrangement of the bedrooms, with a master side of the house and then a queen and kids two full bedroom on the opposite side. The washer and dryer also came in handy and exceeded our expectations. The house was ready for us and perfect when we arrived. The kitchen is large and luxurious, and perfect for group cooking, entertaining. I would definitely stay here again if we return for another visit. I would recommend to friends as well. Thank you for making our stay so pleasant!

Could be great but has issues

A nice home in a great location but is not as described. The "private" description does not acknowledge that there is also an RV trailer for rent on the lot and that the hot tub is shared with those occupants. The tv in the main room receives only local channels via a small antenna attached to the interior wall. The tv in the guest bedroom is inoperable and ancient. The owner sent the maintenance man to look at it and he informed the owner it was so old he could not make it work. The owner told him she would replace it. When we left eight days later no action had been done. Overall we enjoyed our stay but could have been much better.

The host was welcoming and answered all the questions we had.The moment we stepped out of our car we were greeted with birdsong, calmness and the most amazing views of the beautiful Superstition Mountains.We first explored the grounds of this gorgeous property, which is huge and lush with naturalistic desert landscaping and beautiful large trees. There is a very large patio with tons of seating options and a large hot tub. There is also seating and a fire pit on the front porch, serving as a place to soak in the sunsets, which reflect a rich pink glow on the mountains. There is a loveseat swing as well, all the better to watch families of quail parade across the yard every evening.When we entered the house we were once again enveloped with calm. The well furnished interior exudes the character of the Southwest. The kitchen is very well stocked and ample seating options made it easy to be comfortable. The decor is colorful and full of character. Some lovely antiques and handmade tiles add to the charm.The house is clean and the baths feature large custom showers. The location is close to restaurants, hiking trails and a grocery store. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this lovely property.

We LOVE this property! My family came to AZ for the Renaissance Faire, and it's so close to the grounds, without being too close.... The layout of the home is so great that my husband and I were on one side of the house, and my kids were on the other! It seemed like the tv in their room wasn't working though (at least we couldn't figure it out) but we weren't there to watch tv anyway. The kitchen is incredible!! It was well stocked with every kitchen gadget, plates, cups, utensils, and the coffee bar was divine!! The backyard is so stunning, I loved getting up in the morning with my coffee and just walking around the grounds, or sitting on the patio. The hot tub was wonderful! Absolutely needed after walking around the Faire all day long. Even with the instructions though we had a hard time getting it to stay warm after the first 2 days, and it would be helpful if some of the string lighting came across to that section so we could see the settings better, and maybe a hook or table to place towels on. Just small suggestions, not complaints at all since it really is wonderful. Denice is great, and very quick to respond when we had questions. We are making this an annual trip and would love to stay here again!

Loved the Gold House!

We loved the big, well-stocked kitchen. We brought lots of food to cook together. The house is very comfortable. Beds are cozy, laundry in the garage works great, and the hot tub was a special treat - although it seemed due for a cleaning.

Great Location !!!

Denice's home is very spacious both inside and out. We enjoyed sitting on the front porch enjoying the mountain views. The backyard was very nice to sit as well and enjoy some meals on the patio table. She has everything you need to feel right at home. We really appreciated her allowing us to check in a little early, very helpful to get our daughters wedding weekend under way. Thank you Denice !
