The property was clean and nicely decorated. The beds were comfortable and, although the rooms are small, they were adequate for our family. The unit is oceanfront on the first floor — you can’t see the beach from inside, but you can hear the waves from the deck and the beach walkway is very close. We experienced a few issues during our stay that were outside the Host’s control, but the Host was very responsive. The area is residential and quiet, so it’s not suited for nightlife. We enjoyed the location and would return.

We had a great stay. The place was very clean and the location was perfect! If you have a lot of people or kids, I would recommend brining extra toilet paper and dishwasher detergent as we only had 1 pod and 2 rolls!

Great Trip

We enjoyed our stay, including my daughter's family, at this nice condo. Donna was great and very responsive. Location is good. Well stocked kitchen. Recommend for family of six or less. Kids loved the pool and hot tub.

4th of July Vacation

Great first floor condo in a great location. Exactly as advertised and condo was bigger than anticipated. Close to beach access and beach was not crowded during the 4th of July week like other beaches we have been to before. Condo provides ample space, cooking utensils, water pressure and comfort. We would stay again.

Excellent stay

This was our second year visiting this property. It’s exactly as advertised. Feels like home, having everything you could possibly need for your stay. Very clean, plenty of towels/linens. Beds are comfortable. 4 adults and 3 kids fit comfortably without feeling cramped. The complex is well maintained and a great location.

This is a beautiful ocean front condo with large porch. The inside is clean and neat with beautiful beach themed decorations. The kitchen is fully stocked with all the dishes and utensils you need. Donna was very responsive and was able to answer any questions we had.

Beds in the bunk room, which was a large closet, were falsely advertised. Host communication was fairly prompt and apologetic, after some arguing our point of conflict. Typical condo stay, not “luxurious”. Dishwasher full of dirty dishes on arrival. Be prepared to place sheets on all 4 beds on arrival, remove them on departure, and start the wash. Host did offer compensation when asked, although the amount was laughable.

I'm extremely disappointed by this review, as I strive to be clear and honest in my listing and communication. The bedroom is accurately described and pictured as having a twin-over-double bunk. A possible misunderstanding due to how bed types were selected on the website has since been corrected. Upon arrival, the guest expressed dissatisfaction and immediately expected compensation. Wanting to be fair, I refunded over 15% of my profit, offered a discount on a future stay, and gave a free late checkout—even though the listing was fulfilled as described. I provide clean, complimentary linens that most guests prefer to place themselves. If dishes were left in the dishwasher, I apologize—guests are asked to run and put them away before checkout. However, the only issue raised during the stay was the bed setup, so a one-star review feels especially harsh. I care about providing a clean, comfortable stay and always treat guests as I’d like to be treated. I hope future guests will read all reviews in context and let me know if there are any questions.

Beautiful Condo ~ the perfect stay!☀️

I can’t say enough good things about this condo! Donna is an amazing host. We had everything we needed and much more! She has thought of so many things to make your stay comfortable, from soap to lots of towels & extra blankets to a coffee pot AND Keurig plus all the kitchen utensils, gadgets, and pans you’d need. Not everyone goes to these lengths so it’s greatly appreciated. The air purifier was a wonderful touch as well! We loved the beautiful decorations, how clean the condo was and especially the Bible verse artwork throughout. We will definitely be back! Thanks again, Donna!

Can’t Say Enough About This Place!

We visited Memorial Day wknd with our family to celebrate our 28th wedding anniversary. What a great stay we had at this beautiful, well stocked, wonderfully located condo!! I read the reviews and the place did not disappoint! The decor, views and amenities exceeded our expectation! The kitchen is super modern and the family area with the nestled bedroom was super cute!! We were very close to the beach and heated outdoor pool, that my family was able to enjoy. There are steps down to access the beach, but the view from the landing is breathtaking!! Downside was that we had kids right above us who could easily be heard running back and forth at ALL times, the master shower had a little mold visible on the outside shower ledge, and the dryer did not dry very efficiently. It also rained the majority of the wknd, but we didn’t mind at all. The puzzles and neat train stocked at the condo kept my 2 yr old grandson entertained! Takeaway is this condo is a place worth visiting and definitely a home away from home I’d enjoy visit again!!

Property was nicely decorated. The people in our group who slept in the 2 queen beds had a comfortable sleeping experience. The bunk beds are basically in a large closet and are very uncomfortable. The instructions on parking and check out are unclear, and in some places contradict one another. We arrived and there was basically no toilet paper. We always buy toilet paper when staying in a rental, but there is usually enough there for 24 hours. Not the case here, and finding toilet paper in the area at 11 pm is basically impossible. Beds throughout the property didn’t have sheets on them. So, in addition to no toilet paper late at night we also had to make 4 beds before anyone could go to bed when we were all exhausted. Notified the owner about these issues, but received no response.

I'm sorry that there were misunderstandings that caused your experience to be less than you expected and hope that in spite of your mishaps that you found the rest of your vacation on the Crystal Coast to be enjoyable. We find the accommodations to be quite comfortable and although we do provide complimentary linens as a courtesy to our guests, it is not a linen service so beds are not made. We strive to make our condo very welcoming, relaxing, and comfortable for our guests and will try to communicate more effectively to ensure that future renters do not have any issues.
