The location, windows and decor say it all for this loft smack in the middle of downtown Salt Lake City. This top floor, 1100 square foot spacious one bedroom is the crown jewel of the building. Huge arched windows, a vintage fireplace and professional grade 6 burner gas range is great for entertaining or a quiet relaxing dinner at home. This condo is located in the heart of downtown Salt Lake City literally close to absolutely everything! You are only 1-2 blocks away from Gateway, City Creek, Temple Square, Vivint Arena, Capitol Theatre, the Utah Symphony, as well as numerous restaurants and bars all within walking distance. And only a three to five minute walk to the Salt Palace Convention Center (only a block away). The SLC International Airport is only 8 minutes away and can be accessed, if needed, through UTAā€™s Trax located across the street. If traveling with a car, there is a gated parking lot next to the building with a dedicated covered parking spot for the duration of your stay.

For all the skiers out there, this Condo is only 25-35 minutes to many of the world's most renowned ski resorts such as Canyons, Park City, Deer Valley, Snowbird, Alta, Brighton and Solitude.

The Warehouse Condo was built in 1910 and was originally operated as a grocery warehouse that was later converted to a toy shop called Twirl Town Toys. In 1997 it was again converted into loft condos. The uniqueness of this building will not go unnoticed. With its red brick exterior and rustic brick, timber and exposed ducts interior, it has a very cool industrial feel.

Whether you're in town for a convention or for a fun winter or summer getaway, you will feel right at home in this cozy/urban downtown loft in the heart of Salt Lake City.

We completely loved our stay at the Arch Loft. The rooms were stunning, the jetted bathtub was so relaxing and the bed was so comfortable. The check in and check out process was quick and easy to follow. The Gateway and Delta Center are within walking distance. Theres so many cute little stores nearby. I highly recommend the Arch Loft and hope to visit again soon.

Great loft and a great location. Incredibly easy to get to the convention center where we were spending most of our time. The bakery across the street had some of the best donuts I've ever had. There wasn't really a good market in walking distance as the one in the provided book had permanently closed, but other than that it was great!

My adult daughter and I stayed at this beautiful penthouse apartment. Very clean and great neighborhood. Wonderful communication with the host when we got to property as we had some gate entrance issues.

What a fantastic location and terrific penthouse experience! This property is ideally located in the heart of downtown Salt Lake City but far enough from crazy traffic that noise was never a problem. The building is extraordinarily quiet and the neighborhood is very safe and secure. I canā€™t imagine a better Salt Lake City Experience than this one.

The penthouse was beautiful, it was clean and the location was perfect in walking distance of many restaurants and shopping. We will definitely be staying there again next time we are in Salt lake. Host was very responsive and accommodating.

The interior of the condo was spacious and comfortable. We are 80 so the amount of steps , both outside and inside the condo, was a challenge, especially with large suitcases . Young , agile people won't have a problem. The entrance and exit way to the unit is not enticing but once inside, it is attractive and well appointed. King size bedIs very comfortable.

My husband and I stayed in SLC for a few nights before heading to Moab and Zion. The penthouse was perfectly comfortable, clean, stocked, and in a great location. Instructions for finding it were very clear and easy to follow. The bath tub has high sides, so be careful climbing in and out All in all, it was a fantastic stay- we would highly recommend

We loved staying here. Such a cool penthouse Suite to stay in. Has the old building charm that is warm and inviting with modern amenities. The windows are so cool and the views of downtown were great. We stayed here to go to a hockey game and it was only one block to the Delta center. We would stay here again!

My husband and I both grew up in Utah and it will always have a special place in our hearts. We currently go back and forth from NYC to SLC for both work and play. We love downtown SLC and wanted a place for us as well as others to experience all that downtown has to offer. The charm and uniqueness of this condo are irresistible in so many ways, we're so lucky to own it and share it with others. You will just have to see for yourself!
