One of the best location in Tel Aviv. The owner was easy to communicate. The condition of the apartment is pretty poor, but it is ok for the area and for money the owner asks.

Location location location

Ronen’s place is superbly located near the bustling Dizengoff Square area. Everything was as described in the listing (including no oven, which we would have liked to have) and Ronen was very helpful and responsive when anything needed to be fixed. I recommend this place to anyone looking for a long term rental in Tel Aviv.

The apartment was a little "old" in comparison to USA apartments. However the location was fabulous!

The price was great, the location was fabulous, the apartment was dated. It needs better lighting, and the tan couched should be replaced with a more comfortable one. For us, we really were just so happy with the location. Ronen was also very helpful and accomadating.

Great place to stay

We really enjoyed staying here! The apartment is comfortable and perfectly located to explore Tel Aviv. The neighborhood is quiet, pleasant and gives one the experience of feeling less like a tourist. Ronen is very gracious, helpful and responsive.

Great Property, wonderful location , highly recommend!

Forget about first impressions, all the properties in surrounding area need cosmetic work. Once you get inside the apartment everything is new, organized, and clean. Everything you need to enjoy your stay in Tel Aviv... Highly Recommended!

Home away from home

We just stayed at the apartment for two weeks. Second time in TLV. The apartment is the perfect jumping off spot to enjoy everything that this wonderful city has to offer. Great restaurants and shops are just steps from the apartment, most of the city is walking distance, yet in the apartment it is calm and quiet. We felt immediately that we are part of the city, not tourists. Ronen made everything about the rental easy and quick. It is a great value for what you're getting. I cannot recommend it highly enough.

Feels like home

I booked this appartment for my Mom and Granny for two weeks. There was everything that they need and they felt themself like at home! The place is very comfortable, clean. Ronen is a good host and what was important for me, he understands russian language! Location is wonderful, you are in central and near the sea at the same time. Fabulous Tel Aviv Apt - I keep coming back!

Great apartment in a great location. I have stayed there twice, once for over two months, another time for a week. The apartment offers a great combination of being perfect for vacations/short-terms stays while also giving a feel of living in a real apartment. Ronen is wonderful to work with, too. He is very responsive both before and during the stay and he's a genuinely nice guy. In addition to this apartment, I have stayed in another apartment he has. So you can call me a repeat customer -- and I plan to continue renting and/or recommending Ronen's apartments for future visits to Tel Aviv.

Highly recommended apartment in a perfect location!

We stayed in Ronen's apartment for almost two months and enjoyed every day of it. The apartment is spacious, very clean and comfortable. It is perfectly located in a great neighborhood, within walking distance from the beach, from Rabin Square, Habima Theater and many other city attractions. Ronen was a perfect host - helpful, considerate, flexible and responsive. Whenever we needed him he was immediately available via the phone, email or text messaging. I highly recommend this apartment and I hope to stay there again at my next trip to Tel Aviv.

Great place & wonderful location

We stayed in Ronen's apartment for a whole month and it was great. Ronen is a great host - very friendly and helpful. The place itself is very nice, clean and comfortable. Location is absolutely wonderful - central and quiet at the same time. Beach is one of the best in the city and only about 7 minutes away walking. Thank you so much, we will definitely be back!

Best stay in Tel Aviv

I stayed in the apartment for one week with one friend and it was as good as always. Every time we come to Tel Aviv we choose Ronen's apartments. They are in the best location, right in the heart of Tel Aviv, close to all the bars, restaurants, shops and 5 minutes walk to the beach. The apartment is really cozy, clean and with all we need for a perfect stay. The owner, Ronen, is always nice, helpful and completely reliable. No better choice in Tel Aviv if you want a great vacation!

Amazing stay!

We stayed in this apartment for 5 nights, and it was really great! Great location, right in the center of Tel Aviv and close to all the cafes, restaurants and main attraction. The apartment has everything we needed as we were told, and Ronen was an amazing host, really helpful and always available. I hope we will have the opportunity to come back to Tel Aviv and be again guest in this apartment.

I have been to South & North America , Asia & Europe. During my trips I stayed in many guest houses ,hotels , Apartments ,B&B and I tried to bring a little bit of all what I liked and needed during my far away stays and make the apartments I offer as comfortable and pleasent as possible.

It will also be my pleasure to provide details and tips about Tel - Aviv & Israel.

I speak English , Italian , Spanish & Russian ( Besides Hebrew of course... )
