A totally remodeled townhouse with two super spacious bedrooms and 1.5 bath. This wonderful home has been totally renovated with beautiful tile floor and brand new stainless steel appliances. There are also brand new washer and dryer. It is an end unit in a, very quiet/peaceful place. The space is cozy and can accommodate 4 people There are oversize couches in the living room to offer extra sleeping places

This house is located in a very quiet neighborhood. It is only 15 minutes from downtown Denver, where all the activities happen. It is a place that is suited for all from corporate travelers who come to the area for temporary assignment, to check out living arrangement, to families and individuals who just want to come to Colorado for a visit and check out that Colorado has to offer. It is far enough from the big/crowded downtown area but close enough for you to just hop in your car and take that short drive to get there.

Great location

The location of this property was just right. It was close to my sisters home and other necessities. The air conditioner was intermittently working. Overall it was very nice.

Great place to stay

The rental was clean, check in was super easy (we arrived late in the evening). The kitchen is kind of tiny, but we never even used it. The only complaint that family had was no tvs in the bedrooms (sleep with tvs on). Host was nice and easy to communicate with. We would definitely stay there again! Thanks!

Home away from home

Our stay at this home was great! It had everything needed to feel comfortable; clean, spacious and nice atmosphere. The location is excellent. Communication with owner was timely, direct and courteous.

Clean and comfortable

Our stay at this property was great! It was clean and cozy. The bedrooms are a great size and with our family of 5 having two bathrooms was amazing! The laundry on site was very helpful and their even provided detergent. It was very quiet and we never heard the neighbors. Communication from Phuong was very prompt and friendly. I would highly recommend this property.

Comfortable Retreat

Phuong is great and quick with communication and met us at the agreed upon time. The townhome was spacious for us two older women and very clean. Many extra amenities like coffee, tea, spices butter, etc. made the stay that much more enjoyable. The inside of the unit is much more attractive than the outside, but we did have off street parking for both our cars.

Great place

Very clean, centrally located. The host was really nice and available when needed. Will definitely try to rent it again when we’re in Denver.

Nice but loud

The property was as listed and the owners were nice but the traffic noise was like being at a drag strip while they were having a loud stereo contest. The entire time. Even with the noise it was still much better than any hotel at that price and we enjoyed our stay.

Great place to stay!

Very clean and a lot of room. We enjoyed being able to spend time with family and be able to cook our meals and feel like you are at home instead of a restaurant. Owners are very friendly . We would recommend this place to anyone.

Very Helpful Owners

I was traveling with my grandchildren and needed to have a place large enough for all of us. This place with the Futon in each bedroom fit the bill! Having never been to Denver before , the area was not too bad, We felt safe. the owners were very helpful and quick to respond. I would stay there again.

Good luck

Good luck to any future renter. This place was a smelly mess upon entering and not in a good location. The owner is dishonest and steals just beware of that. There were bugs through out the house, beds weren’t made and looks like someone just rolled out of them, trash over flowing out of the trash can when we entered. The owner is extremely rude and hard to work with.

Great stay close to downtown Denver

This was a great place to use as our base of operations while we were in Denver. We were a little worried about the neighborhood before we arrived, but it was fine - we never felt concerned. It was clean and had all of the basics. It was a plus having parking right behind the unit!

Very clean, nice place to stay.

We stayed here for the Colorado Sparkler softball tournament which was played all over the northern Colorado area. We were within 30-40 minutes of all the fields. I was skeptical about the look of the location but it wasn’t too bad. We had no problems within the area. The unit was VERY clean. The window treatments even had no dust. I was pleasantly surprised. The beds were nice and comfortable and I loved that they were both kings. Each bedroom had a futon in it and the couches were nice and large in the living room. Lots of sleeping and sitting space. My kids slept on the couches some. The kitchen was nice and had everything we needed. Having a half bath downstairs was a plus as well. The unit was spacious enough for us. There was only one TV though and it was in the living room. The bedroom to the right upstairs faces the sunrise so if you don’t like light in the early morning choose the room on the left. The washer and dryer were a huge plus for us as well since we had to wash uniforms. We had a great stay. I was very pleased with the unit and we will definitely look to stay here next year when we return if it’s available.

Great accommodations, conveniently located, loved it.

We had a very comfortable stay here. The house was well stocked with everything we needed, well decorated, and the furniture was comfortable. The seating area in the living room was great for family time, boardgames, and tv watching. The location was also very conveniently located to restaurants and the attractions we wanted to do while in town. The owner was very responsive to any questions I had.

The beds were comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked. Everything was really clean and tidy. Parking was great, with reserved spots. The two bedrooms are on the outside edge of the apartment building so they felt private. Lots of natural light.

Work perfect for us!

My wife and I came to Northglenn for a Thanksgiving family get together. We brought our 22 year old daughter and my wife's mother. This place was super clean and comfortable. The beds were very comfortable. Had everything we needed to cook for the Gathering and any meals we wanted. The laundry worked great. The owner was very helpful and accommodating on what few requests we had. Although for the price this is an outstanding value and I highly recommend it one thing to keep in mind is that depending on your circumstances it can easily sleep 6 there are really only three opportunities for privacy if most of the occupants will be adults. Obviously the two bedrooms which have king size beds and the couch in the living room which my 22 year old daughter said was very comfortable to sleep on - but not so sure I would want that particular accommodation for my mother-in-law who is 75 or even myself at 55. But with that Common Sense consideration when booking a property in mind this was a great fantastic and perfect stay.
