The location is amazing! Beautiful grounds and views, easy walk to town and access to the beach. Udeerna is very welcoming and very responsive to any messages sent to her.

Amazing Month

We spent a month at this condo and had an amazing time. The views are amazing and we loved being so close to the restaurants. So great to be able to walk to dine instead of drive. Parking was secure and we had two spaces which was nice. Host Udeerna was very quick to respond to any questions. Looking forward to returning!

Million dollar views!

Location, location, location! The views, the sound of the ocean, the sunsets! Great getaway location with the convenience of being 3 blocks from downtown Encinitas where you've got access to great restaurants, bars and Whole Foods for your shopping needs. And added bonus? The hosts are great! They're responsive and caring. This place has it all!

Perfect Location

The location is great and the pictures don’t actually do the view justice. We stayed here a bit over a month and really enjoyed it. Beach is about a 10 min walk, great sunset views, close to restaurants/shops, priced right. The layout is really nice too with a room/bathroom on each side of condo. The master and livingroom each have ocean views and balconies. Nice little hot tub and there is a pool but it isn’t heated. The place really needs some cleaning and general up keep and maintenance items taken care of but if you can get past that it’s a solid stay. Does have internet although it was a touch slow at times and bogged down on Zoom/Teams video calls. Not sure if it has cable, there is a box but couldn’t seem to figure it out and there wasn’t instructions.

Thank you Travis. We are always striving to provide the best experience to our guests. Being a beach side unit comes with its perks and one of them being carrying the dirt into the home. We will take your feedback to try and minimize the impact. We do have cox and the high speed internet. Not sure if the issues were relates to cox service but will look into it. Amazing location!

It's hard to beat this location, overlooking the Pacific, with beautiful beaches on one side and lively downtown Encinitas on the other. The place is spacious, well-appointed, and comfortable, with two balconies providing amazing views and refreshing sea breezes. Udeerna is a wonderful host and very responsive.

Great location

We stayed for the month of March 2022. We loved the location on the bluffs above the beach and only 3 blocks from Highway 101 and its restaurants and gelato shops. We could look out the window and often see surfers and dolphins. We used the Tides app to plan our walks on the beach between Swami's and Moonlight or down to San Elijo State Beach. It was no problem getting HelloFresh boxes delivered for those meals when we didn't want to eat out. The kitchen worked well for us. We used the hot tub frequently but it was still too cool to use the unheated pool. The owner was responsive to our questions and made our stay very enjoyable. We would stay here again.

Perfect location

Just stayed at Udeerna’s property for the past two months. I cannot say enough about Udeerna. She was so accommodating and replied so promptly to any questions I had. The property has this beautiful ocean view and the location of this property can’t be beat! So looking forward to returning next year!!!

magical month on the cliff!

I couldn't be more happier with my month-long stay at Udeerna's place. You really can't be int a much better location in Encinitas. Ocean breeze all day long. I stayed there with a platonic friend, and it was perfect, because the bedrooms were on opposite sides of the apartment, and each had there own bathroom! So we could be social with each other, and also have our own privacy. If I place to come stay again for a month, I wouldn't think of booking any other place!

Great condo and great location

We have stayed in this development before and love the condos and the location. It is within walking distance of beaches, the Coaster station, and the many restaurants and coffee shops in downtown Encinitas. The condo itself is very nice and well maintained, has an ocean view, and one can hear the ocean at night with the windows open. Udeerna was a helpful and responsive host, very easy to work with, and we enjoyed our stay very much.

A great stay close to the ocean!

This top floor condo unit is spacious with high ceiling in the general living area, with not one but two balconies that overlook the beautiful blue ocean. Ceiling fans in the two bedrooms and living room complement the sea breeze, as perfect weather conditions allow the sliding glass doors to remain open all the time. The washer/dryer is convenient and came in handy with all the wardrobe changes the beach requires. Having parking is a real benefit, especially when the weekend brings more people to the area. Overall, the vacation experience here was exceptional. One constructive suggestion would be to remove or replace the sliding screens for the balcony doors as they have rusted out and do not operate smoothly.

Great location! With some updates it could be a great place to stay.

We have been renting month long rentals at a time while our home is being repaired from water damage. With long term rentals you are locked in for 30 days and to rent site unseen can be a challenge. This condo could be great with updated linens, beds and bedding. The kitchen was pretty well equipped. The pool would be nice in the summer but was not heated as advertised which was disappointing. The best part was the view and the grass area right on coast edge.

Enjoyed Our Stay

We spent a month in this condo and had a great time. Great ocean views, lots of good restaurants within walking distance, and beach access just down the street. San Diego and all it has to offer is just a short drive away. Disneyland (we went with our granddaughter) is only 70 miles away. The unit has a nice updated kitchen. It worked well for the two of us and for five when our kids and granddaughter visited. The gated enclave was quiet and also has a pool and hot tub and reserved parking.

Great Experience!!!

Very unique property in Encinitas!! If you don't like amazing ocean views this place isn't for you..It's a gated community, very clean with pool and jacuzzi! It is literally overlooking miles of perfect ocean views to the north and south. D-Street to Swami's! Walking distance to all the great Encinitas restaurants etc. It's also very quiet community and the owners are very responsive and nice!! I would stay here again and again!

Nothing like being on the water

Stayed for the month of December and it was fabulous. There truly is nothing better than being on the water. The sound of the ocean. The spectacular views. It was quiet, close to town, had gated parking and the place is near new. Third story view from all balconies and windows a plus. Hot tub great in winter. Imagine pool would be fine in summer. We particularly liked being just a few blocks from town. Encinitas is not only unique but has a ton of incredible restaurants. It worked when I was there alone to write, was perfect for a couple and when my kids came for Christmas break we had plenty of room. The landlords are nice, responsive but not intrusive.
