Well behaved pets accepted. No hot tub. This spacious two bedroom, two bath home was built in 2009 and has all the modern conveniences. Unlike many homes in Eugene, this home IS AIR-CONDITIONED! Large great room has gas fireplace, 65" flat screen, sky lights and sliding door to deck. The fully equipped kitchen features new appliances and everything you need to feel at home. Sit on the deck and watch ducks occasionally land in the pond right outside your door. There is convenient ADA access throughout for guests with disabilities and the home is all on one level. Plenty of room for extended family or two couples, each having their own room with queen beds. Two others can find a queen sleeper sofa in the spacious great room. You will love this quiet, safe and convenient setting approximately 3.5 miles from University of Oregon campus, 2.2 miles from Autzen Stadium/PK Park where the Ducks play football/baseball & Matt Arena for basketball fans. Enjoy the comforts of home away from home and be together instead of the expense of 2 hotel rooms and no kitchen. Plenty of free parking too!
EVENT SURCHARGES: For local events (Duck football, basketball, track, etc) there is an Event Surcharge of $50/night. For national and international events, there is an Event Surcharge $100/night. No hot tub.

Everything about this stay was absolutely seamless! Mike was incredible to work with—responsive, kind, and made everything so easy from start to finish. The house itself was spacious, comfortable, and had such a welcoming feel. It truly made for a fantastic stay, and I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Highly recommend!

The house was the best VRBO I’ve ever reserved. It was spotless, comfortable, well stocked with everything right down to cotton balls in the bathroom, bathrobes for guests, and Kleenex in every room of the house. The beds were comfortable and the house is ADA compliant. It was like going home to stay with mom. Most importantly, Mike is phenomenal! He is always quick to respond to any requests or questions. He checks to see if you need anything. We accidentally left my brother’s house with his wife’s cell phone the night before we were flying out. We didn’t have time to take it back to them, so we asked Mike if he could hold it for my brother to drop by and pick it up the following day. Mike was happy to help us and the phone was returned. We highly recommend this property and Mike.

We were met by the very friendly host, Mike, who took us on a quick, informative tour. The space was very comfortable for two couples with special attention to a small dog-a couple of bowls, a mat, blankets for furniture and towels. The kitchen was well equipped with everything you can think of, as described in the listing, and included frosted glasses in the freezer for our favorite beverages. We were visiting relatives while in Eugene and this was a place was a peaceful retreat. Thanks for helping us feel welcome and well taken care of while away from home.

Perfect spot for Duck fans!

This place was perfect for us. 4 adults that were going to baseball games daily, the location made it super easy. 5 minutes to Autzen/PK Park. The host was friendly, accessible and detail oriented. Well equipped bathrooms and kitchen made everyday living a breeze. And our little pup had a nice safe fenced area to run around. I would definitely recommend Mike and his property to everyone.!

Really great place for a family gathering and differently abled approved!

This was a solid property to stay at. The home was immaculate. My sister is in a wheelchair and I literally looked throughout Oregon for a place to take her. Mike's place fit the bill. She was able to stay in her chair and interact with us. She loved the home, too. Mike is a great host. He was friendly to talk to. A super awesome cat, named Kinky because of the tail, also brings fun to the place. She is ready for some friends and we really enjoyed spending time with her, too. Overall, great location, great value for money, and perfect for that family time place where you can cook, hang out, and just relax.

Pristine Property

We visit family in Eugene and usually stay at a hotel. While searching for hotels for our most recent stay they were running $400-$500 per night because of track events at the U of O. Up popped Mike's property! Booked it for a week and within an hour got a call from Mike welcoming us to the cottage...with our visit 8 months away! Excellent location for our visit, just 9 minutes to our familys' house, great proximity to UofO and downtown. Spacious living/dining/kitchen area with small, sunny deck. Two bedroos and two baths were quiet and away from the living area. We were in the real estate business for 40 years and had a high end rental business and Mike was the ideal property owner. Would highly recommend.

Guest House

This was a very nice clean House. Both Bedrooms had queen beds, or course I sleep in the bedroom with bathroom attached. I was visiting a vet and friends & family will i as in town. You will not be disappointed when you stay in there guest house. All you will need is your own food, this house as everything you will need. I will be back to stay again.

We stayed in Eugene for a couple of nights for a marathon. Mike was great to deal with and really cares about his guests. Everything we needed was right there. The house was well stocked, clean and spacious. Exactly what we needed. Great communication, easy all around. Thanks Mike!!

Special Host

Mike was a special host. The property was clean, well cared for and conveniently located. Off street parking was appreciated. The home comes with everything you and your family might need or find comfortable during your vacation. Comfortable beds...large, clean bathrooms...large kitchen filled with anything you might need to prepare a meal...washer/dryer...and comfortable living room. But what mostly stands out is Mike. Be sure to meet him upon check-in to get the 10 mins. tour of the property and how to make the most of your visit!

This is a custom designed, 2009 house that Terry Lee and I originally built for her Mom and Dad on our large lot, behind our house. We spared nothing. This is a home, not an old rental flipped to "short-term". It is very private and comfortable, in a 'compound-like' environment. A stone walkway past our pond, gardens and firepit separates our own home from our Eugene Guest House. This unique proximity allows us to offer 24 hours concierge service. Our goal is to enhance your stay and create an experience that you tell your friends about. It is air-conditioned with extra sound insulation and 'whisper-quiet' HVAC. Did I mention quiet and serene? Combining the assets of my 20+ years in marketing and business development along with Terry Lee's ownership of a residential cleaning service in Eugene/Springfield, we are able to cater to our guests like friendly staff!
