This beautiful beachside home is a perfect get away for friends and family. It has lush grounds with a tropical palapa. The GROUND LEVEl 3/2 plus Casita 1/1 addition also offers a beach entry pool, full pool bathroom, outdoor shower and two private patios. This Hacienda is situated on a spacious 3 lots with playground compete with swing set, trampoline, sandbox and lots of running area for kids. Side walks for chalking.
The beach access is at the end of the road, a short 3-5 min walk. You cross a two lane road that is traveled slowly.


The adjacent Casita has a King bed, bath, kitchenette, large private patio. Steps from the pool and perfect for two. Can be RENTED SEPARATE for the extra guests depending on the season. Property sleeps up to 12 guest with this addition. Rental rate is subject to increased charge and range from $110-175 depending on the season.
The property also has a full size pool bathroom with walk in shower.

Owner may occupy the upstairs on occasion. Only the upstairs, the grounds are not shared.Separate entrances for all of the structures.

This site only collects 6% of the 17% tax. We will send payment request for the 11% based on total nightly rate. It will state Administrative fee as there is no option listed for taxes. We appreciate this taken care of if possible before your stay. Thank you.

NOTE TO ANY POTENTIAL FUTURE TRAVELER__Owner (or someone) Lives upstairs!!! Have read multiple times of cabinet doors coming off as they also did this in our stay and now because of a misunderstanding about a dog- that I had already agreed to pay for- that we left urine stains and smell and that a mattress would have to be replaced. I have photos showing this is untrue and how CLEAN we left this property and had ALLL the laundry of towels and linens done. We repaired cabinet doors that were falling off hinges, replaced a sliding glass door handle that was brittle and just broke off by opening it ONE time, and also installed (sink only) outdoor sink that was in box outside next to pool, (husband is master plumber) we were not going to complain at all and the latter was just a kind gesture. However, after this experience and pretty much made to feel like we were being watched and now feeling like someone trying to take advantage of our HARD earned money I just cant sit silent- it just doesn't feel ok- the whole situation!

Yes, there is a potential individual aka my husband that works 8am-8pm. He has a separate entrance. There is no availability of care on the North side of home to ‘watch’anything! I was not notified about the dog but never asked by the quest and never paid for the dog. The cigarettes and smell on the interior were notified by cleaning staff. Urine and vomit in beds. There is an outdoor kitchen being installed but it was just a sink in a box that no one asked if they should or could install it. If the box was troublesome, contact me before you damage the improvements. I would question this review. I reviewed before knowing his commentary.

The property was very spacious! The kids loved running outside and jumping in the pool! The moms loved relaxing in the hot tub! The dads enjoyed cooking out in the big palapa! Overall it was a perfect house for a mini getaway. I would definitely stay here again!

Great stay. Our first time is n the island and this hostess and property did not disappoint!

Our stay was great. The house was perfect for our family vacation. The pool was perfect after the beach and in the evenings. The host communicated quickly and was very helpful in every aspect. Definitely will return here!!!

Amazing family trip

We had an amazing time staying here. The property was great for our big family. We enjoyed the pool and outdoor areas as well. Communication with the owner was good, she responded to messages in a timely manner. Walking distance to the beach, very convenient. Would definitely stay here again and would recommend to others.

Spring getaway

My family stayed at this beautiful house for an extended weekend and loved it! Lots of space, great kitchen and outdoor area. We had our family over one night for a cookout and it was wonderful. Hot tub and pool space is incredible and so relaxing!

I moved to South Padre Island about twenty years ago and fell in love with the island and my husband! We live on property and are very selective of who we rent to. We do not commingle on the grounds during your stay. We are grateful to have you rent from us and respect everyone's privacy.
We love to assist in recommendations that make your stay amazing. We are very involved in the community, businesses and great with recommendations from restaurants, fishing charters, attractions, beach set ups, and spa.
We look forward to each and everyone's visit at Hacienda Lantana and hope you book with us!

O que faz essa propriedade ser única?

This home was the 12th home built on the island and has wonderful character and lush grounds. We are one of very few properties that are situated on almost 3 lots. Space galore is a wonderful benefit.
