AMAZING TWO BEDROOM CONDO RIGHT ON BEACH WITH TWO BALCONIES

This is a huge two bedroom unit with two baths, full kitchen, and laundry. There are two balconies overlooking the beach - one off the living room and one off the master bedroom - we leave the sliding door open at night and listen to the waves in our bedroom. If I can't sleep, I go look at the moon and the ocean from the balcony.

There's a very nice outdoor pool, a kiddie pool, and hot tubs out front by the beach. The beach is very large and sandy and never crowded - we play horseshoes, soccer, croquet, frisbee, etc. and fly kites and build sand castles, as well as sunbath and swim. Waves are great. You can rent chairs with umbrellas for the week if you wish - they are right out front.

A short walk down the beach is a place to rent jet-skis or go para-sailing. There are also several outdoor beachfront restaurants and/or bars within walking distance.

We also love the mini-golf all over the area, as well as the water parks, amusement parks, shopping, regular golf, and much more. And we always hit a couple of all-you-can-eat seafood buffets.

The unit has a full kitchen, well stocked, a living room with two pullout couches and a large screen TV. The master bedroom is huge with a large king bed and walk in closet (our kids used to sleep in it when small), and a bath with one sink inside the shower/toilet room and one sink outside - perfect.

There is a second bath in the hall and a second bedroom with a double bed and a twin bed, also with a large closet and a couple of dressers.

In addition, there is a linen closet, a broom closet, and a large mudroom where we put all the boogie boards, beach chairs, beach toys, golf clubs, etc.

This is a fairly quiet part of town - not in the commercial center. But it is walking distance to town (a long walk, but there are sidewalks - and a beach - all the way). A private parking spot labeled with the unit number is reserved out front for every unit.

We love it and go every year. We own three units at this facility.
