This beautiful spacious craftsman house features hardwood floors, recessed lighting, flat screen television, fully equipped kitchen and a fantastic backyard. This property comfortably sleeps 6 guests.

The main house is 950 sq ft with AC. The guest house is 750 sq ft with AC, ceiling fans and heat.

Spotless interior, with ample closet space, natural light, relaxing hammock, and incredible
landscaped outdoor space for entertaining including two dining tables with plenty of additional seating. A beautiful deck provides the perfect to place to relax and enjoy the california sunshine.

Very central location in the heart of West Hollywood, yet in a quiet and peaceful neighborhood.

West Hollywood is the perfect location for any/all visitors to Los Angeles. There is a park two blocks away, runyon canyon is within walking distance for a great hike, there are plenty of bars and restaurants in walking distance as well.

Located between Sunset Blvd and Santa Monica Blvd, Fairfax And La Brea, there are cool places everywhere. Also walking distance to Melrose Blvd.

I expect you to be respectful of the house.

Smoking is permitted outside on the deck or patio but not inside. No pets unless discussed ahead of time.

There are six exterior ring security cameras on the property. There is also an alexa-powered speaker in the main house master bedroom, the guest house bedroom and the guesthouse kitchen. You are welcome to unplug them if they make you uncomfortable.

Lovely place in great neighborhood with very helpful host

The host was super helpful at every stage of the process. The few concerns we had were dealt with well and quickly. The neighborhood is lovely and a few blocks to fun and yummy coffee shops, cafes and small groceries. We visit L.A. often and would stay here again.

A home away from home..

Another wonderful stay at Adam’s place, I can’t sing his praises high enough. The house, garden and location are all perfect, it’s some homely and welcoming it truly is our home away from home.

Location is awesome

Adam was a very wonderful host! The location is walking distance to just about everything West Hollywood is well known for. Very comfortable spot. Trader Joe’s is in walking distance too. Would stay again

Great location and property

Great location close to everything. The backyard is amazing to have especially for two small dogs who loved it. Adam is very responsive and easy to communicate with.

Lots of charm in this place.

This was a charming home for my husband and I and our adult son for our visit to see our daughter, son-in-law and new granddaughter. It is a charming home with fabulous ambiance on the back deck. The kitchen is very well appointed.

Another lovely stay in our LA home

Adam was wonderful as always. This is the only place we stay in LA as it feels like home from home. An upgraded bathroom in the main house was lovely and the work on the guesthouse just made it a very comfortable stay. Can’t wait to come back

Lovely Getaway Spot

Adam's place is exactly as listed and we loved it. Will plan to stay there again when visiting family in the area. Lots of thoughtful touches that make it feel like home. Relaxing backyard perfect for our dog, comfy beds (including the pullout) and the living and dining areas were perfect for relaxing. The giant TV is really nice too. Adam was great at communication and really cared about making us feel at home!

Dog heaven

We had an amazing stay, and our two dogs absolutely loved the backyard—it was spacious and perfect for them to run and play! Adam, the owner, was fantastic throughout our visit. He was incredibly accommodating and always available if we needed anything. As a fellow dog lover, he was a joy to interact with, and we really appreciated his warm and welcoming nature. Highly recommend this rental, especially if you’re traveling with pets!

A gorgeous little haven

We absolutely fell in love with this property. Adam’s communication was amazing and everything we needed was thought of. The garden is stunning and we spent most of our time out there. Beautiful escape in the heart of everything

We loved this home. It was the perfect setup for our family with a toddler. The house was a perfect size and layout. The yard was a peaceful oasis. That being said, only one place the house could improve: the cleanliness and organization of the kitchen. Otherwise it is amazing! We would definitely stay here again!

West Hollywood Haven

This was a really cute house in a lovely location in the heart of W. Hollywood, within walking distance to the Walk of Fame and fun shopping. This little craftsman had all the amenities you need to address the creature comforts of home. Adam, the home owner was a gracious host who was more like an old friend welcoming you to his home for a visit. Definitely will rent again the next time I'm in LA!

Cozy craftsman cottage

My family and I had a wonderful stay at Adam’s home. Everything about our experience from the initial booking, to check-in and communication was effortless. The house itself was perfect. You cannot beat the location, there was plenty of space for our family, and we appreciated this home away from home. I live a busy life as a producer in the entertainment industry and it helps to have a quiet, peaceful backyard where i can zone out and feel as peaceful as I would on the beach in Kho Pi Pi (I have a vivid imagination).

Incredibly quiet and serene backyard in a fantastic central location. Its hard to find this combination in Los Angeles/West Hollywood and impossible to find for this price.
