The waikoloa village golf course surrounds the complex on three sides, and is a favorite of local golfers, who consider it one of the west hawaii's best-kept secrets-low green fees that make it a superb value. You'll absolutely love this charming, quiet 2 bedroom fully furnished condo. It has all the amenities of home! This cute condo has tile, dishwasher, washer and dryer, and disposal. There is plenty of bake wares, cookware, utensils, plates, glasses, etc for guests. Fairway terrace offers no central air, new standing fans and ceiling fans in all rooms. Pleasant breezes cools the Island. At night the complex pool is heated It has a standard condo patio. If you look at the pictures that’s the view you get aloha.

Affordable price, clean and comfort rooms, user friendly kitchen, convenient location with beautiful pool, jacuzzi hot pool. Reasonable costs at local supermarkets with fresh seafood and produce. Walking distance to tasty restaurants, Friendly neighbors. What else you can ask for more!

There is a water leak - under the sink. I didn’t locate the exact location but the base of the cabinet is water damaged. Puddles of water would occasionally develop on the mat at the base of the sink. The damage to the cabinet is irreversible. Beginning to smell of mold. I did not use the washer as I was told beforehand that there was a water leak there.

perfect location

the location is perfect. amazing beaches close by and a one hour drive to anywhere on the island. we also loved the weather. the unit can get a little warm, but there are lots of fans to use.

Great stay, exceeded expectations

Overall very happy with property and amenities. Location was nice, 15 min to the beach. Pool and grilling area were clean and property is well maintained.

glad you had a nice stay but in the village with the trade winds we have very few need air due to the fabulous trade winds and tropical weather we have maybe you can find a small amount with air guests who come every year no A/C in almost all the rentals hope you come back to the cute town of Wakilola village

REALLY NICE 2 BEDROOM - 2 BATH CONDO

Really nice condo in Waikoloa Village. Beautiful setting and property. The condo was well-stocked with everything we needed and the furniture was of good quality and taste. We had to experiment with wall switches to get the living room ceiling fan on, but we figured it out. Really enjoyed finding hidden beaches south of the main Waikoloa public beach. Mahalo for a wonderful stay.

Very noisy...resident upstairs was an almost constant annoyance with her loudly walking back and her child running around their Condo.This went on from morning to very late at night keeping us from getting a good night's sleep. The floors were dirty and the back bathroom had a bad odor.On a positive note, the location was very convenient.Various electrical lights need attention and living room light was not working.

As far as my condo, the unit above now is a vacation rental. We do have a quiet zone on the property. If you would’ve contacted me, I would’ve taken a care of with the property manager, and the lighting was working and the crew came in cleaning right after you left, they took a picture of the floor. It was not filthy and the wasp out front that is controlled by the HOA. It’s not me personally. I notified them ASAP about it. I upkeep my condo refurbished with new towels, beach towels, and beach equipment every two months. I’ll make sure everything is organized. My cleaning crew is very reliable. Anything that’s ever wrong. You should’ve contacted me. I would take care of anything ASAP.

Nice place to stay. Plenty of wonderful amenities nearby.

We enjoyed the convenience of the location. Property was clean and well appointed. The only upgrade would be to add an air conditioner- even a simple $350 one from Home Depot would be awesome… as the master bedroom gets a little warm for the fans to keep up with.

Thank you glad you had a great time I have considered a small air conditioner at Home Depot but my utility just running fans is so high it’s ridiculous. I would have to go up on my price like some of them charge $280. Per night with a unit I don’t want to do that because I’m hoping that more people can come to Hawaii enjoy lhaving a condo and kitchen without having to go up on the price that’s why my summers which I’ve been there and will be there this June it’s rather hot. That’s why I charge $80 a night. I feel that’s fair in return aloha thank you for staying at my condo.

Good location

We had a great stay!! Only 15 min from the water. The KTA and coffee shop near by we’re great and super convenient! To keep it cool keep all the windows open and fans going! Had everything we needed. The washer and dryer were a huge help. All the beach gear was amazing. Would recommend!

Locals are warm and friendly and there is so much to do on the island. Every year I wanted to return to the Island, so lI purchased a Condo in Fairway Terrace Complex. Which is in the heart of Waikoloa Village. I hope you enjoy my home and the island has much as I do. Mahalo

Waikoloa is a quiet, cozy Village. No rat race here. Lots to do if you want or just enjoy laying at the pool. The Gate Card gets you into Pool and workout area. The pool is beautiful.

O que faz essa propriedade ser única?

The Condo has a home away from home atmosphere. The master bedroom has a king size bed with both tub and shower, the guest bedroom has 2 twin beds, second bath also has a tub and shower. The Condo sleeps 4 very comfortably. The condo has pots and pans in the kitchen with dishwasher, microwave, washer and dryer.
The complex is walking distance to the golf course club house, Banjy’s restaurant, pool and tennis courts. The recreation area features a large pool, spa, BBQ area, and well equipped workout room; the only complex in Waikoloa that has a gym on site. Everything you need is right there and it's just a short stroll to the shops. A very good grocery store is a short distance away, along with banking, medical, post office, etc.. The Resorts and world class beaches are just a short drive away. A car is a must have on this island !
Waikoloa Village is a planned community with underground electric, world class golf course and amenities conveniently located between Waimea, Kona and Hilo, just a short drive to the best beaches. The condo complex is gated and wrapped on three sides by the golf course. Enjoy!
