Villa sleeps 4, facing the sea in an exceptional quiet nature

In a secluded and enchanting setting, pretty seaside villa with all comforts in a large wooded property, feet in the water. Totally independent and far from the owners' house, it is ideal for 4 to 5 people. You will find calm and serenity, with a spectacular view overlooking the coast and the open sea, both through the large bay windows of the living room and the windows of the bedrooms, and on the terraces where you can relax, take your meals ... Through the wooded grounds that plunge down to the sea, a charming private path will take you directly to the coves and the rocky coast, which you can enjoy in complete tranquillity, as there is no public access or coastal path. The seabed is very beautiful and varied. The water is crystal clear, varying from blue to turquoise depending on the time of day and the light. With a bit of luck, dolphins can be seen.
The very pretty fine sandy beaches of Fautéa are very close, overhung by the emblematic Genoese tower and a little further on, in a few minutes walk, you can reach the immense beach of Lavu Santu where you can find large areas with little traffic.
At nightfall, you can admire moonlight and sumptuous starry skies.

The configuration of the site and the accesses to the sea lead us not to accept children under 4 years old, nor pets because the property is not fenced all around.
