Sit back and enjoy the beautiful mountain views from every window of this spacious 3,400 sq. ft home built in 2005 and updated in 2015 by the new owner.

The home includes 5 Bedrooms, 3 Full Baths, 2 Half Baths and 2 Living Areas. Watch alpenglow sunsets from the 360 sq. ft. deck that wraps around to a covered porch or from the 2 lower level terraces and hot tub that are accessed from the downstairs game room.

Drop your shoes and jackets in the entry closet right off the front door and then enter the Great Room where the spectacular view immediately takes you outdoors to the beautiful mountains that can be seen from every window of the home. The Great Room has a vaulted ceiling and open floor plan which encompasses the Kitchen, Dining and Living areas. A NEW corner gas fireplace and 55' flat screen HDTV make this the perfect gathering place for your group.

The Master Bedroom Suite is located on the main level of the home and has a king sized bed, double sinks, deep soaking tub and shower. Master bathroom was completely remodeled in 2019. A half bath and the laundry room are also located on the main level.

Downstairs a king bedroom and bunkroom are connected by a full bath. The downstairs living space boasts a 46' HDTV, table for puzzles and games, fold out sofa, half bath and a wet bar that includes a sink and mini-fridge.

The upstairs has two bedrooms and a full bath. One bedroom contains a king bed and the other a queen and daybed with trundle.

The home has in-floor radiant heat throughout; the Great Room has Australian Cypress floors, all bathrooms are tiled and bedrooms and lower Living area has carpet.

“43” is approximately 1.4 miles/3minute drive to the Crested Butte Mountain Resort base area; .4 miles to the Gold Link homeowners ski trail and 4 miles/7minute drive to Downtown Crested Butte. You can also enjoy cross-country skiing at the base of Snodgrass Mountain with a day pass from the Crested Butte Nordic Center. In the summer, jump on your bike, take a hike right from the home, walk 5 minutes to the Crested Butte Town Shuttle bus stop or 2 minutes to Ted Scheske Park where you will find a children’s playground, fitness trail, tennis courts and unparalleled vistas!

Perfect for a few families!

This is my group’s 2nd time staying at this property and it is perfect for a few families to fit comfortably. The free shuttle is a game changer, and makes getting to and from the slopes super easy. Hope to stay here again!

Another great stay!

This is my group’s 3rd year staying here and it was great as always! It’s been nice to have a familiar place to come to each year. We tend to max out the house with 15-16 adults and it doesn’t feel cramped even when we’re all hanging out!

Our Stay

The property was nice. The main floor Master Bedroom was especially nice for me (stairs are a problem). Every body seemed to enjoy the property. The email I received before the stay indicated that 2 cars could go in the garage, which was not the case.

Great Place for our Large Family!!

Perfect Stay

This property was amazing for our group! We were in Crested Butte for our wedding and the property served as a great place for our wedding party to get ready as well as an amazing place for us to stay! It was such a gorgeous location! We couldn’t have been more pleased with this house ❤️

Great time with friends

12 of us stayed here and had a great time! The place was very roomy yet cozy for us to enjoy time together. Crested butte had a nice shuttle service that picked us up from the driveway.

Majestic views!

Year 2 Ski Trip

Our group once again had a great weekend getaway for our 5th annual Crested Butte ski trip. We have a full house with 16 adults and cook most of our meals while there and have a great time with enough space!

Very comfortable

Six adults and 4 children ages 5-12 were very comfortable in this home. Lots of space for everyone. Plenty of kitchen items to cook just about anything. We would stay here again.

Great House

We do an annual ski trip to Crested Butte, and this house has probably been our favorite for lodging! Some issues initially getting checked-in, but the Property Managers and owners were quick to respond and help us out. Great location, and plenty of space for our large group to hang out, but not feel piled on top of each other. Definitely planning on returning!

Beautiful house!

Arva’s House was absolutely beautiful! The pictures don’t do it justice. Our group of 14 had plenty of space and everything that we needed for our long weekend stay. We all loved the hot tub! Just a short drive to the ski resort in the winter and I imagine that the deck would be great for hanging, grilling and enjoying the views in the summer! I would definitely recommend it and stay again.

Great home away from home!

This house is great for a multiple family vacation! It was roomy and luxurious and inviting. The views from the house are spectacular. It has everything you need. It is located in a great place for mountain biking (and definitely for skiing). The owner and property manager are incredibly responsive as well. There were not enough towels and linens when we arrived (due to a new house keeper), and the property managers came right over to remedy the situation. It was a great experience all around!

Family Reunion

The house was adequate for a group of 10. The only issue was the downstairs bathroom which had a barely functioning shower. Also, the house is on a slope and it was difficult to get out of the driveway in ice and snow.

It's a beautiful home , there were a few interior and exteririo r items to be fixed.

This is a beautiful home in an unbelievable setting. The accommodations were perfect for our group. I was slightly disappointed the exterior yard had some trash in it and was in need of some repairs. Inside though it was beautiful and kitchen was extremely well stocked for cooking there were a few blinds that did not work properly and a couple toilets that did not flush well. For the amount of money we paid for the rental I would expect that everything in the home would be functioning. i would definitely rent the property again. The owner was great to communicate with and accommodating.

Great house for a large family group!

This was a very nice house for our group of 10. We also had another family of 6 join for dinners. Things we especially liked: The heated garage with enough room for 2 large (Toyota Sequoia) vehicles with Thule ski racks! The main floor master bedroom and bath. The main floor kitchen and living room. (One of our members was on crutches, so the garage and main floor bedroom, bath, kitchen & living room was very helpful). The hot tube which was clean and warm! The kitchen was also laid out nice for cooking. There is a drop down from the road to the driveway and garage, but it was plowed twice while we were there, so it wasn't a problem. We had 2 cars in the garage and a third in the driveway. We would definitely stay here again!

Great Owners

When our group went to check-in, the house didn't have any heater or hot water in the middle of winter. While this was of course very frustrating, the owner/property management was super helpful and found us another property for our large group (16 people) for that night. When they realized that the original house wouldn't have the issues fixed the next day and the new property had other people checking in, they found us 2 separate houses in walking distance of each other to spend the remainder of the trip. While it was difficult and not ideal to move all of our stuff around to multiple properties during our vacation, we understand that it wasn't the owners fault and that they did everything they could to accommodate our large group.

The perfect place!

We had a wonderful stay. The house was great for our group of 13 (one person slept on the couch on the main level.) Everything was clean, the house was stocked with everything we needed to cook, hang in the hot tub, and host a wonderful weekend with our people. The views were unbeatable and the location was great, and the parking was plenty for all 7-8 cars that we had. We loved it! Thank you so much to the wonderful owners for making the whole process simple and hosting a lovely home.

This home is perfectly suited for a large family gathering or a smaller family who wants some space. The three levels and two living spaces accommodates groups with kids or multiple couples who want a large congregating area, but also provides areas for you to get away for some peace and quiet.
