If you are looking for a little piece of heaven, you have found it. A unique lake front home with "miles" and I do mean "miles" of unobstructed lake views. This very special lake lot is level, has deep water, spectacular yard, a firepit and it's own boat ramp. The home features 4 bedrooms, 3 baths, open kitchen, dining and living room all with endless views of Lake Norman. The massive covered back patio allows for a morning or afternoon nap or is the perfect gathering place for the family. This home is tucked in a quiet cove so you don't have the main channel traffic but yet you have the 'main channel view for as far as the eye can see. There are many activities (golf, tennis, shopping, restaurants, etc) within the immediate area but I think most folks just enjoy sitting on the patio and letting the stress of everyday life just melt away. If you experience a week on this serene lake retreat I know you will be back for more.

24 Ft tritoon pontoon boat available to rent for $450 per day.
Yamaha jet ski available to rent for $400 per day.

Note: I do require a 4 night minimum rental for the months of June, July and August.

Wonderful getaway

Our stay was exactly what we had hoped for and a little more! Danny was extremely proactive, hospitable, and great to communicate with. Check in was extremely easy and all the amenities were wonderful. Utilizing the boat and jet ski was fun and easy to plan. The property worked perfectly for our family. I highly recommend this rental.

What a View provided us with an ideal location and layout to accommodate me and my adult children in comfort! We had a wonderful family time and especially enjoyed our boat rental, complete with skis, tubes, and floats. There was plenty of space to gather, inside and out, to enjoy each otherā€™s company, the view, and the numerous wildlife that came to visit during our stay. Danny was very accommodating and gracious, with excellent communication throughout our booking and stay. One of our best VRBO rentals overall!

Family Vacation

We have passed Lake Norman time and time again on our way to the Carolinaā€™s and Florida. This was our first stay and we all agreed it was the place we would definitely come back to. Our host, Danny, was the most responsive host weā€™ve ever encountered dealing with VRBO. He did everything to make sure we had an enjoyable stay. Enjoyed having morning coffee on the deck. Sunsets were breathtaking. We enjoyed the boat and jet ski. Renting definitely a must if you stay there.

Family 4th of July Weekend

Our family booked this house and had a great time! The location was great, very close to the grocery store but we were able to have them delivered so that was nice. Very close to boat launch to put our boat in the water. House was very accommodating and perfect for what we needed. The back porch was great for hanging out and enjoying family. We did bring our boat and the dock is nice but lacks extra cleats to tie up, luckily we have a large inflatable bumper that we were able to use. We will definitely be booking again in the future.

If your looking for a nice clean very peaceful and comfortable home. Look no further!!

Me my husband and our kids booked this home for spring break just a quick lil get away and I must say this home is everything! We rented there boat enjoyed sunset went fishing caught a huge catfish had sā€™mores by the fire pit went swimming in the lake had a BBQ I could go on and on trust me you wonā€™t be disappointed. VERY PEACEFUL AND RELAXING the owners are very nice people and respond at a timely manner. Canā€™t wait to go back!

Very pretty property and communication was top notch. If I had any complaints it would be the lack of extra sheets, the very cramped room with the bunkbeds and some age of the amenities. Overall with exception of some not so great weather we had a relaxing and comfortable family experience. Danny checked on us before, during and after our stay.

Quiet, relaxing and wonderful view

Property is as described. Communication was immediate. We rented the boat and jet ski which was a great addition to our time there. Hit Joeys for Trivia and dinner- took boat over to North Harbor - nice menu Spent time at the whitewater center about 45 minutes away but if you have teenagers to occupy they will love this place zipline,ropes course whitewater rafting- great for older adults too . Our son lives in the area so we will definitely come again.

An incredibly beautiful home on the lake. The property is very well manicured and maintained. Youā€™ll want to spend your time on the back porch / patio enjoying the view of the lake. This home and lot are truly one of a kind. I looked for 8 years to find that "perfect" lake lot and once you experience a day or a week at Peyton's Place I think you will agree it is just that, "perfect".

The most obvious benefit of this home is the "MILES" of lake views that you have. You can sit on the patio or sit in the living room, kitchen or dining room and just enjoy the endless views of Lake Norman. In addition you will also get to see an abundance of wildlife, with our neighborhood deer, ducks, geese, and sea gulls. Late in the afternoon you may also get to see the local Ospery diving for his/her dinner, very entertaining.
