Comfortable Property just 3 miles from the Anchorage Airport. This unit offers a central location for all that Anchorage has to offer.


This 3 bedroom unit is fully loaded with everything you need for the home away from home. The master bedroom has a king bed with direct access into the bath area. Bedroom 2 has two twin beds, bedroom 3 also has two twin beds. The unit offers sleeping (beds) for 6 and a full kitchen with Washer and Dryer. Included amenities are a local phone, cable, flat screen TV, DVD, CD, Stereo, WiFi Wireless internet, and a full supply of linens and kitchen accessories.

If you are looking for a clean and quiet place at a reasonable price than you have found it. This unit is well maintained and managed and we want your stay to be as comfortable as possible.

If you like walking, you are minutes from Alaska's famous coastal trail that follows the coast from downtown Anchorage to Kincaid Park. If athletics is your game travel the trails by walking, running, bike or roller blade your way through the city. Anchorage has hundreds of miles of bike trails throughout the city. Many dining opportunities are within walking distance from this location. Anchorage has a fun nightlife for those who like to go out. We have fantastic restaurants that offer the freshest seafood anywhere and when you have enjoyed dinner then dance at the many nightspots in the city.


One of the busiest float plane lakes in the world - Lake Hood, is a ten minute walk, and is the central location for fly out fishing and hunting trips. Fishing is what Alaska is best known for. You are at ground zero for the world famous Halibut, King Salmon, Red and Silver Fishing and don't forget the Crab! We Love the Crab!


Anchorage is a great winter destination also, and is a short 45 minute drive to Mt. Alyeska - a world class ski mountain with runs for all types of skill levels. The resort offers a tram lift with seven chair lifts, there is a restaurant at the top of the mountain and a 5 Star Alyeska Prince Hotel if you decide to overnight in the area. In winter you can enjoy cross country skiing, skate skiing, ice skating and opportunities for dog sledding and snow machining (snowmobiling).

Everything went very smooth with the check-in process. The place was clean and comfortable. It was fully stocked with all of the necessary amenities and in great location to everything we needed. We even visited the restaurant that is also owned by same management. We had great pizza, beer and dessert. I highly recommend it.

The place was dated but clean and comfortable. There was a truck in the shared driveway that the alarm went off a couple times a day including the middle of the night which was not great.

Good stay

Visited for several days. Good location but neighborhood is sketchy. No a/c and windows open was fine except when neighbors smoked outside. Parking is assigned so no issues. Plenty of towels and kitchen supplies but little to no toiletries so bring your own. Wi-Fi will cost you extra. Comfy seating and beds.

Clean, convenient, love having 3 bedrooms!

We came back here for a second stay. Parking is right out front, and we all slept well on the beds. Very comfortable and clean. Easy access with the code. We loved it!

It's just enough, but that's it.

This place does what it's supposed to if you aren't going to be staying at the place all day. The check in process was confusing wcause none of the information seems to be updated so descriptions reference other locations and the directions we got didn't tell us where to park or exactly where to be. The space could use some small things done, but the main things all worked like appliances and what not, but the washer and dryer don't seem to clean or dry very well. No internet access without an agreement not to use it to stream anything so that's a bummer. The second floor in the summer is definitely warm and there didn't seem to be any fans so we used the windows but the neighborhood tends to be quite loud with very vocal neighbors even late at night.

Spacious, Quiet, Comfortable

We had a great stay here and are happily going back at the end of our Alaska vacation. There is plenty of room, it is a quiet neighborhood, and the check-in instructions made it very easy to get in. We had a rental car and it was easy to get to a grocery store and to many interesting sites. Great stay!

code on the outsiode door key pad was confusing. Don't just touch the keypad to start the check in process - , specfically touch the logo on the key pad- it's at the top.

Short stay in Anchorage

People in other reviews had commented about the sketchiness of the neighborhood. Yes, it's a little on the sketchy side and we did have someone thumping their music at all hours of the day and night (probably due to the lack of darkness) but it wasn't bothersome, with that said, we felt safe. You have to have a code to get into the apartment building and the parking area is video surveillanced. We were a little disappointed that there wasn't unlimited wifi for streaming movies and such. We could have called the owner to get the wifi password and just pay extra for any data overage, but we just used our own data. Problem solved. The apartment itself is clean, roomy, and comfortable. The beds were comfortable. There were fans if we needed them, which was a plus. (I have fan sleepers. Lol!) The washer/dryer was a God send after a long vacation. Grocery stores, Walmart, fast food restaurants were all within 10 to 20 minutes away. The airport was very close which was good for us because we were flying out of Anchorage. Was a little disappointed we didn't see the family of moose though, but that's not the owners fault. We enjoyed our stay.

Perfect for family!!

This was perfect space for my family and I! Perfect distance from stores, restaurants without the chaos of being downtown. My kids loved having space to hang out when we were between plans.
