Gorgeous urban house in the 'IT' part of town. Minutes from Vanderbilt, Belmont and downtown. I've just put the final touches on my home, creating an oasis in the middle of town! Three bedrooms, three full baths, great living/entertaining space and gorgeous converted sun room/porch!

My space is a new build, with an artisan craftsmanship in the finishes and great attention to detail. It's clean, airy, lots of windows ... an urban oasis in the middle of town. Accommodates 6 easily with three bedrooms, three queen size beds, a sun room and back porch perfect for happy hour or morning coffee.



My space is perfect for a party of 6.
If I'm in town I'll greet you and help settle you into my home. I have Apple TV, Netflix, cable, internet, gas range for cooking, and a grill in the backyard.

We enjoyed our stay very much!

We enjoyed our stay very much! Angela was great to work with. The house was beautifully decorated and although not huge, was big enough for us to host a dinner for Luke Pell, his band and their families! If you have 6-8 adults in your party, try and rent the house, as well as the guest cottage in the back for the best bedding options. CMAfest 2019 here we come!

Lovely Nashville Home

We chose this property because it is close to my sister's house, where we were celebrating Thanksgiving. It is a lovely cottage-style home, nicely updated and with lots of room to gather. Our host communicated well and was very responsive. Could not have been a better fit for our group! Highly recommend.

This was a very comfortable, clean home in a great location in Nashville. Wonderful amenities really made this house just perfect for our needs. Angela was very accommodating to us and we would highly recommend this home. Great experience.

Beautiful home, great neighborhood!

Great location for a beautiful home! 3bedroom / 3 bath. Murphy bed was super comfortable! Dog friendly & we took lots of walks. Clean, spacious, lovely & comfortable! We would definitely rebook!

Great place!!

Home was very clean and lovely!! Comfortable beds and everything we needed. Great location - 15 minutes from airport and only $8-9 Uber rides to Broadway. Would highly recommend this house. We will definitely stay here when we return to Nashville!!

The property is beautiful. The neighborhood is nice. Fast access to parks and entertainment. An inspiring assortment of books. All interactions with the owner were positive. Finally, there is a peaceful ambience making this an ideal rental for rest and relaxation.

Angela's House

Angela's House was perfect!! My sisters and I stayed in Nashville on a whim since we were redirected from Savannah, GA for a sister's trip due to Hurricane Hermine. Angela was great, the house was beautiful and the location is perfect. Close to shops, great neighborhood to take morning walks, and downtown is only 10 minutes away. Nashville was a blast, and I want to come back with my husband and kids, and I would definitely use Angela's House again. Thanks so much for everything Angela! It was great!!

Angela's House

Angela's House is a beautiful, comfortable home. The location was great and it was wonderful to come back to such a livable space after a full day of taking in all that Nashville has to offer as well as the July 4th festivities. My only regret is that the weather was too hot and muggy to really enjoy the fantastic screened porch. The kitchen was well-equipped for snack and meal prep. Each bedroom had comfortable beds (be sure to notice that one of the bedrooms has a trundle bed which is better for children than tall adults) and having its own bath allowed privacy for everyone. The fenced backyard was great for safely allowing the dogs out unleashed. My only suggestions would be that secondary bedrooms have bedside reading lamps and that a hairdryer, iron and ironing board be available (they may have been there but were not in plain sight). Our experience was quite enjoyable and we would come back here if in Nashville again. Thanks, Angela, for sharing your fantastic home!

Phyllis, thank you for the 5 stars and the lovely review. In response to your suggestions: the secondary bedroom actually has above bed reading lights with a remote control and I was remiss to realize the the batteries were out for this when I returned to my home! I'm so sorry ... in the future though, or for future guests, this is a great accent to the room with the Murphy bed. Re: hairdryer and ironing board --I do have both of those but they were in the little mother-in-law suite behind the house, at the request of a renter the week prior, and I forgot to bring them back over, so SO SORRY about that! In spite of these things, I am glad you enjoyed your stay and agree about the mugginess over the holiday weekend! Ugh. :)

Perfect home

We stayed here for a charity event weekend with another couple and a few small children, and could not have chosen a better home base. The neighborhood was friendly and convenient, and the house was beautiful and graciously designed. Thank you! We can't wait to come back.

Beautiful Home with Fantastic Location!!

This beautiful home was perfect for our girls weekend in Nashville! We had a large party but had plenty of room to stretch out in this spacious home. The location is fantastic and just a short ride to downtown, midtown, Hillsboro Village and 12South! The owner is very friendly, flexible and easy to work with! We will definitely be checking availability on this location for future trips to Nashville!

Weekend with friends

Stayed for 3 nights with 4 couples and a single friend and had a great time. We rented the house and small in-law unit in back. The house worked out perfect and was just a short drive to downtown fun. Angela was very helpful and easy to work with. Would not hesitate to stay again in the future!

Thanks you Teresa for your nice review. Also, I've since sold the sleeper sofa and have ordered a day bed with a trundle for the third bedroom, so there will be two twin size beds in there. This will assure that six people can comfortably stay in the space. Come back anytime!

I bought this property for the area of town (in the middle of everything, yet tucked away!). I've added a sunroom with barn doors for added value. I love being in the middle of town and one block away from the best local coffee shop in Nashville!

So close to everything without living on concrete. Back porch is the perfect spot for coffee time and late night hangs.
