Clean and bright! Fully renovated floor to ceiling. Located in a gated community with pools and tennis, just a short walk through the community to a sand path leads you to the beautiful beach. Villa features a wonderfully equipped kitchen with granite counter tops, bar seating, convection oven, dishwasher, sensor microwave, ice maker, toaster oven, coffee maker and blender for frosty drinks. Adjacent to the dining area, the living room has a full size sofa and love seat, large flat screen TV with local channels and limited cable, a streaming device and DVD player. The master bedroom is well appointed with a brand new queen pillow top mattress, luxury linens, ceiling fan, flat screen TV and on-suite bathroom. The guestroom features a flat screen TV with some retro video games. Enjoy free wifi internet access throughout the villa. The laundry room includes a sink with high capacity washer and dryer. Listen to the wild peacocks as you relax on the private fenced patio where you will find a grill, two chaise lounges, and a dining table for four under an umbrella. Just two miles north to Port Canaveral, the fishing pier and Jetty Park. Cocoa Beach shops and restaurants are a just a few minutes south. Enjoy a breathtaking sunrise on the beach. The community offers a heated family pool with an additional adults only pool, tennis courts, basketball, racquetball, shuffleboard and a club house with free Wi-Fi. In 2022, we have installed a brand new air conditioner/heater along with new venting and new hot water heater in 2024. (Note: current kitchen photo does not show cosmetic crack in microwave plastic door trim.)

Great location to watch rocket launches

We loved our 51 night stay during January and February 2023. Great space with everything you need for a long, or short, stay. We went in the 2 heated community pools every day. Some residents gather for water aerobics most days. The beach is a less than 10 minute walk away. This end of the beach was not busy. You can access the Jetty Park campground facilities from the beach. The Ocean Woods gated community is very appealing, lots of well kept live oak, palm, and other mature landscaping. Easy access to Cocoa Beach, Port Canaveral, Merrritt Island, Kennedy Space Center, Merritt Island National Wildlife Refuge, Canaveral National Seashore. Orlando is an hour away. Our VRBO host was fantastic. She always responded quickly to messages. I highly recommend this VRBO.

Wouldn’t change a thing!

Elizabeth, the host, was wonderful! She was easy to communicate with and the condo was beautifully decorated & inviting. It was fully stocked with items for a beach vacation - chairs, beach wagons, bicycles, etc. The neighborhood is lush and has an old Florida feel to it with canopy trees & vegetation throughout. This creates a good bit of shade so if you’re visiting during the summer, you will appreciate it that much more! Lots of people on foot walking to and from the beach. We booked this stay for my 65 year-old mother.. here is her review: “I couldn't ask for a better place to stay for my beach vacation. The condo was clean and comfortable. The back patio area was gorgeous with all the tropical plants and trees. I liked the security of a gated community. Only a 5 minute easy, shaded walk to a completely uncrowded beach, I had front row seats for a couple of rocket launches. When I craved fresh seafood, a 5 minute drive down the street took me to the Port where I could watch the cruise ships while dining. There are designated bicycle lanes in this area, too, so it felt quite safe riding around on the bikes. Wonderful accommodations and excellent location.”

perfect Vacation

Everything was very nice and very clean in the House A perfect place for peaceful Vacation. Everthing you need was in the House and in the Garage was everthing for the Beach day. We will definitly book the House again!!!!!!

Great Holiday in Ocean Woods

We absolutely loved the house and area. Great location very close to pool and a lovely treed walk to the beach. The house was very clean and well supplied with everything you would need. The owners were very easy to reach if we had any questions and replied immediately . They had left a beautiful welcome basket upon arrival. The area is very quiet and people very friendly. It is close to a lot of good restaurants and we managed to take in a couple of space launches that you can watch right from the beach. It is a great beach area was not crowded during March Break. Loved the Peacocks! Definitely want to return next year.!

This sweet little getaway is exactly as advertised...even better. so many little extras that really made my stay that much better. From swim towels to beach wagons, bicycles, boogie board, really clear instructions on how to use things like cable, wifi and video games. tons of kitchen supplies and clean linens and towels.a pool and the beach each 5 min away. lots of things go to do very close by. AND wild Peacocks!! cool place

Couldn’t have asked for a nicer accomodation. Hosts were very responsive and the property was a great location with all of the amenities (and more!) The hosts thought of everything. Highly recommend! In faxt several friends visited and asked for the link for future reference. 5 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Peacocks in Paradise

Overall a great stay at the property! Had all the ammenities surrounded by Floridian wildlife. Neighboorhood is friendly and the path to the beach is scenic.

Perfect

The owners made us feel as comfortable as possible. Because they knew we had just had a baby, they provided a crib. Because we had a toddler, they laid out age-appropriate toys. Overall, the townhouse is beautifully furnished and well-stocked for any activity (beach gear, board games, grilling utensils, lots of plates and silverware). We noticed the many small touches of hospitality that communicated that we were appreciated as guests. The owners even offered to change our check-in day in order for us to maximize our vacation (we gladly accepted). We could not have been happier with Ocean Woods. We will have fond memories of our stay there forever.

The sea, pool, cruise ships and maybe Rocket launch

Very nice house, well located, we can enjoy an adult pool and another with children if you have. The sea is nearby. The house is very pretty, well equipped, washer-dryer, dishwasher and more. The house is functional and perfect for a small family. The neighbors are very nice, we made friends. The house, full of additions like an XBOX, 3 TV, a BBQ, bicycles, boogie board and more and more. The Port is nearby and you can see cruise ships and if you are lucky, a rocket launch. So many things nearby, you will love. Too long to list. I recommend you without hesitation.

Lovely vacation spot

This is a really nice vacation home. It is well looked after and very clean. The garden is very nice and we enjoyed time there. The walk to the beach was good as well and the beach is beautiful. We were enjoying it all until I slipped ,fell and broke my shoulder. We were looked after guite well by hospital and Drs there. We have returned home early. Our hosts were always easy to reach and work with. We will be back . Thanks for the use of your lovely home.

Very well equipped condo! The owners have gone out of their way to make your stay memorable.The rates for this 2 bedroom/2 bath compare favorably with many 1/1 condos in the area.Ocean Woods is a gated complex with walking access to the beach.We will return in the future!

Perfect home with kids in the perfect area very well equipped and beautifully furnished. Like Home!

This place is perfect! We stayed there with our two boys for 4 weeks and we felt like home right away. The hosts are super nice and helpful! We had everything we needed. It is very well equipped in all aspects! The gated community is beautiful, peacocks everywhere and beautiful trees. The best place close to the beach in the whole area. The beach is very close in walking distance. Also the pool is right next to the house. We really loved it here, I wish every vacation home was like that. We want to come back!! Thank you so much !

Very impressive

We were displaced by the hurricane and rented this condo for about 5 weeks. It was perfect for 2 people, in a lovely wooded area of town, very quiet, and had every amenity we could ask for. We loved the modern décor and the pools were wonderful. We would absolutely recommend this property to other vacationers.

Absolutely loved it here! A must stay!

Absolutely loved staying here! Spacious, clean and modern condo with a 30 second walk to the pool and 5 minutes from the beautiful beach! My 14 year old cousin and I stayed here for 4 weeks as he was attending basketball training programme. Such a safe and friendly neighbourhood with security accessed gates and beautiful peacocks walking around! I would 100% stay here, hopefully again in December when we return! Elizabeth was so helpful and welcoming and a pleasure to correspond with!

Cape retreat

Super cozy, and clean. Excellent for a quiet and tanquil vacation, a perfect get away from the stress life of busy cities. We really had a great time. Everything in the house is in perfect order, and the attention of the hosts made us feel at home!! Thank you!

Great place to stay

Stayed here for 3 weeks. Villa is very well stocked with everything you need to have a great vacation. Owners were great to deal with and prompt in replies to any question. Highly recommended and we would stay here again without hesitation.

Fantastic Home! The only thing you will need to take is your bathing suit!

Elizabeth and Dennis's home far exceeded our expectations. They have thought of everything when they equipped this home. We have stayed in a number of VRBO homes, but this home was by far the best for many reasons. First of all, the owners are so easy to work with. Elizabeth was very prompt on returning messages. We had to change dates for our arrival and departure and they willingly worked with us. The home was extremely clean and well maintained inside and out. Linens were top quality and plentiful. Kitchen was equipped past our expectations. The beach chairs, cart, toys, boogie boards made our beach experience so easy and enjoyable. This home is about a 5 minute walk down a path to the ocean. You walk down the path through a grove of trees intermingled with peacocks roaming around; and it opens up to a gorgeous clean beach of soft sand! With all of the beach accessories loaded on to the cart, the walk is easy, and you can be set for the day! They also provided bicycles! This beach, and the area is the best location for safe and easy bike riding. Ocean Woods is a gated community that provides a quietness to your vacation, but a short drive will take you to a nice selection of restaurants, and shopping. This location is close to Port Canaveral for the cruise ships, and Kennedy Space Center. The space center launches can be seen from the beach.
