Make yourself right at home in this lovely waterfront getaway. Enjoy the beautifully landscaped sunny yard right on the lake with 150 feet of waterfront. Swim, sunbathe, fish off the dock, play in the grassy yard, watch all the birds on the lake, roast marshmallows over the firepit and so much more. Launch your boat on our ramp and tie it up to the dock or mooring can for waterskiing or fishing. We have kayaks and paddle boards for your use.

Groceries, fuel and services are less than 5 miles away. All the benefits of Spokane are just 30 minutes away with lots of great restaurants, Riverfront Park and charming shops. We are 20 minutes from Riverside State park for great hiking trails.

The house is redecorated yet still holds the old "Gramma's House" charm. The house is a ranch style that sleeps 8 comfortably in four separate rooms. A large master bedroom has a king size bed, private bath and walk in shower. The second bedroom has a queen size bed and has its own door into the main bathroom featuring a comfy clawfoot tub with a view of the lake and a handheld shower head. Both bathrooms feature heated floors. A third bedroom is a bunk room for the kids or overflow of guests with a double size bottom bunk and a single top bunk. The recreation room features a piano, pool table, game table, excercise bike, an antique miracle weight loss machine, smart TV, fireplace and a deluxe queen size sleeper sofa.
