This spacious 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom condo is anxiously awaiting your arrival! Perfectly located just steps away from the sand with a majestic oceanfront view from the 13th floor.

Emerald Isle is located on the west end of Panama City Beach just minutes away from Pier Park. King size bed in the master bedroom. King size bed in the second bedroom. Queen size sleeper sofa in the living area. Both master bedroom and living room overlook the ocean. Fully equipped kitchen. TV and DVD players in all rooms. Free cable TV and Internet Service. The 10 and a half foot balcony has a table with 4 chairs and 4 additional side chairs. Amenities include an indoor/outdoor heated pool with a steam room, an outdoor pool, a hot tub, and an exercise room with an ocean view. There are stainless steel barbecue grills at the pool pavilion.

Amazing condo and views!

We were here for our summer vacation with our two kids and had the best week! The condo is beautiful and had everything we needed. The view was amazing and the pool areas and beach were perfect! We just left and already can’t wait to come back!

Best condo!

This place was super clean and spacious, we had 4 people. The view is absolutely amazing and very easy access to beach along with pool and saunas. We have stayed at many condos and this is by far the best one we have stayed at.

Beach area is chaos

We have stayed at this property several times. The beach area is chaos. Although it’s stated we have first tier beach chairs, people are allowed to put up huge tents in front of, beside all over where the chairs are supposed to be. Very disappointed and changes my opinion of Emerald Isle. The board needs to address this. It is false advertising to say first tier chairs. It’s chaos.

Excellent property and perfect location of PCB.

Very clean condo with superb pool and beach access. The included front row chairs on the beach are a major plus! Four elevators made for very quick access to and from rooms / pool beach access. Limited parking in main building but we parked across the street and had only a few extra steps to main building that was no trouble for us. Air conditioning worked great. Washer / dryer did as well. This end of PCB is much less hectic with plenty of great food & grocery choices just minutes away. Water pressure in the showers was a little underwhelming but full size water heater gave us plenty of hot water. Condos are getting entirely too expensive these days, but we would definitely stay here again. Great overall value when you factor in the included front row beach service!

Great place and handicap accessible!

Helen was great communicating with us. This condo was beautiful and the balcony is much bigger than most condos. The condo is not far from the water making the walk to the ocean much better. The room was handicap accessible which is rare for such a nice condo! Highly recommend!

Sweet Paradise

We had an absolutely amazing time staying here! We loved the quieter location on thr west side. The parking was so easy and convenient, elevators were fast, and the code method helped check in go super smoothly. The kitchen had everything we needed and the condo was fully stocked. Everything was perfectly cleaned when we arrived. Absolutely loved the huge balcony. We will definitely be staying here again!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Very Nice Condo and Great Resort

We enjoyed our stay. The Condo was clean, well equiped and very comfortable. The only 2 negative that are out of the owners control are they put up the beach chairs at 5p.m. leaving only the sand to sit on and the luggage cart are too tall to roll into the condo. The pools are awesome and the property is very well maintained. Security and the office personnel are very nice. The covered parking was great. We would definitely stay here again!

Wonderful stay!

The condo was beautiful and up to date! The balcony is amazing with plenty of room and furniture for the family to sit out and enjoy the ocean, fireworks, to eat or play cards. Kitchen has everything you need and living room was comfortable for everyone. Helen is very sweet and answered questions, that if I had read the email I wouldn’t have had to bother her with. Thank you for great memories made without having to worry about accommodations! Definitely will be back.

Wonderful Beach /Nice Deck

We enjoyed your condo very much. Minor confusion at first on doors but Helen very nicely clued us in. Beach service a plus. Parking in garage tight so we parked across the street in the overflow garage and that was fine. Elevators worked good, no problems. Had a great week on a wonderful beach.

Very nice, clean Condo

First time at Emerald Isle. Been coming to PCB for 20+ years, stayed at a lot of places some nice, some not so nice. This was towards the top of the list for sure. Very clean. Everything worked. Priced right. Quiet on the west end of the beach. Questions answered promptly by Helen. Went very smooth, and would recommend this condo to anyone.

Loved staying in this condo

We are repeat customers in this particular condo. Needless to say, we love staying there. The condo has everything we need whether it is just my husband and I or 2 couples. It is always very clean unlike some we have stayed in at PCB. So far we have never had to call anyone for help (maintenance) during the weeks we have stayed there. There are also extra touches like wine stoppers if you cannot finish that bottle! Probably the only negative, is the remotes for the TVs that are in each bedroom are confusing...there are 2 for X-Finity but 3 TVs but obviously it is not that much of a big deal. Also on the positive, Helen is a dream to work with!

Amazing Condo!!!

We had an amazing time, everything in the condo was clean, beds where comfortable , kitchen ha fall the essentials, and the view was spectacular! Our 1st trip to the gulf and won't be our last! My father in-law had a stroke 3 years which normally makes it really difficult to enter the beach and ocean at Carolina Beach and this resort was perfect for him. Pools were great for the kids and beach chairs & umbrella made the trip easy. Recommend taking a day trip to Shell Island! Helen is so great to work with and very responsive. Would highly recommend booking this condo/resort, will need to stay 2 weeks on my next trip! My only negative comment is the elevators need work, they kept getting stuck, however once reset they would work again, nothing major. Also they need more handicap parking.

Even better than the pictures! We loved it!

Our overall experience was great. The pictures did not do the condo any justice, it was amazing. We loved being minutes from Pier Park and all the great restaurants. The condo was very clean and well put together. We liked that we didn't have to go through the hassle of checking in and out at the front desk. We got our code a couple days before arriving and when we left we just sent a text and that was it. We just had to grab our parking pass and wristbands from the office. Only downfall would be the parking which was really not that big of a deal just a little cramped. Another thing I would have to add is that the covered walkway over to the parking lot across the street is not cart accessible. We thought we would park then grab a cart and load it up but to our surprise the walkway has some steps so the cart couldn't be pushed over. We simply just pulled the car back around and unloaded. :) We would definitely rent this place again. It couldn't have been more beautiful inside and out!

Really good property, a bit clinical though

Property has great potential and has probably reached 75% of the potential. Great location, great balcony, overall great "property". However it seems sterile. It lacks an owner's pride. Several instances of contacting the owner was met with what i thought were terse responses. From wondering if the condo had any beach equipment typically found in other rentals (sand castle equipment, floats, boogie boards, etc), the manager stated "No, sir. Nothing is provided for the outdoors except the complimentary beach chair service. Thank you" Although other responses were similar, she did take care of wifi disruption by sending me to someone else. The actual property is great, but the manager service, parking, beach chair rental service process was unimpressive. We assume most would think this property is great; however we like to rent from owners who make a real effort to make sure their rental guests are happy.

Nice place with great view

The unit was clean, comfortable and stocked with everything we needed for our stay. We liked that it was on the less crowded side of PCB but still convenient to everything. You can’t ask for a more convenient place to eat than Mike’s directly across the street. Great food plus you don’t have to sit in traffic to get there. Even though the unit’s on the 13th Fl, waiting for the elevators was never really an issue like we’ve experienced at other places. The included beach chairs was an added bonus. We loved sitting out on the deck. There’s plenty of space and plenty of furniture for everyone to sit. My only Con has nothing to do with the unit itself. The parking garage is a horrible design and the bridge connecting the building to the lot across the street is a horrible as well. If you get into the parking lot under the building and there are no available spots you have to back all the way back out and just hope no one else is trying to get in at the same time. There should be an outlet on each end. The cross bridge doesn’t have a ramp so if you need to get your luggage unloaded you have to carry everything by hand up a flight of stairs, across the bridge, and down another flight of stairs before you can put it on a luggage cart. Your only other option is to wait for an available spot in the building or just park in the middle of the garage lane and unload and anyone trying to leave will just have to wait until you’re done. Best case a spot opens while you’re unloading or it’s time to back all the way back out. Other than the parking issue we loved the stay and wouldn’t hesitate to rent the unit from Helen again.
