What could be better than waking up in a beautiful olive grove with fruit trees next to your windows, sun shining down on your terrace with the five finger mountains staring down on you That's the location for the purpose built chalet which is one of four. With the complimentary push bikes you will be about to explore or cycle down to the beach and along the new sea front promenade. The superb location allows you to walk to local bars and restaurants or take a short ride to some of the best beaches on the island

Absolutely lovely place to stay

It was clean and basic but that is what you want sometimes. Owner was fantastic and helpful when needed. Lovely gardens and a nice size pool.

Just fabulous

We’ve been holidaying in the area for a number of years but this was the first time at this property, it will not be the last. For us the property was just perfect with everything we needed. The grounds and pool area are fantastic. Acip, the host, was so friendly, never intrusive but always available if needed. Just fabulous. Thanks for a wonderful stay Acip, see you again soon!

A great find.

2 wonderful weeks at Olive Garden. The host Acip (Ajeep) is excellent and quite rightly proud of what he offers, working tirelessly to keep the place in great condition. There are 4 mini villas, these comprise of a living room area with a TV, this shows mainly English news programs but we did find a film channel with all the films in English. A kitchen which has everything you need should you want to cook at home, but why would you when there's plenty of restaurants nearby with the average 3 course meal with drinks for 2 people at around £50. The kitchen also has a washing machine. Upstairs there is a bedroom area with a double and single bed and air conditioning. Outside a small patio which allows for sun and shade depending on what you fancy, and a table and chairs. The pool is a great size and shared with the 4 Mini Villas, there are plenty of sunbeds and provides plenty of sunny and shaded areas. The garden is lovely with a rustic feel and full of olive and fruit trees with great views up to the mountains. The complex is in a really peaceful location yet only minutes from a couple of supermarkets and plenty of restaurants, there are also beaches within a few minutes drive. We have holidayed in North Cyprus for many years and normally pic a different place to stay each time, but from now on there will be only one place we pick. Can't wait to return next year. Fantastic apartments with a fantastic host

This place is perfect for couples or a family. Acip is a fantastic host who is very helpful, on our first day our car hire company let us down and acip took us to the exchange shop and then on to the supermarket so we could do some shopping. Location is perfect, 10 min drive from beach, city or mountain sights. Really quiet place with well kept gardens and a wonderful pool to help you relax and enjoy your vacations.

Wonderful, peaceful, great host

Acip is an amazing host. The garden is peaceful and idyllic and the pool us wonderful! Acip works so hard keeping it perfect. I would recommend this place over and over.

A relaxing stay in a lovely villa in beautiful and peaceful surroundings.

Acip is a wonderful host who is always willing to offer help and advice. Every aspect of our stay was complete success. This our second visit and we would not hesitate to recommend Olive Gardens. We will certainly return. Keith and Margaret.

Acid villa olive grove

Just returned from a thougherly enjoyable stay. The villa was lovely with its own patio and in beautiful gardens. Acip is a wonderful host on hand if you need him and friendly to have a chat with. Lapta is a good location and easy to get into kyrenia by local bus at night but also good places to eat locally. Thank you acip we will be a return visitor

Peaceful and relaxing, yet close to everything we needed

We have just returned from a ten day stay at Olive Garden Bungalows. The chalets, four in total, are comfortable and clean, basically equipped, but fine for a holiday, with a microwave, washing machine a four ring stove top and a grill. A fridge, kettle and toaster, and also a TV, which receives BBC World News (most of the other stations are local or Arabic ones). Each of the chalets has terraced areas for eating outside with tables and chairs provided. It's all set in beautiful landscaped gardens, with flowerbeds, olive trees, green grass and various curios scattered around to catch the interest. The infinity pool is large and plenty of sunbeds around - although with only four chalets, each sleeping two (perhaps three would be possible as there is a sofa bed) it was often like having a private pool. The property is not far from the main road, but,as the gardens have been so well designed that it seems as if it's really away from it all. There is a small supermarket a couple of minutes' walk, which is open 24 hours a day! and had everything we needed, including a fruit and veg section and hot takeaway meals such as chicken cooked on a spit, or macaroni cheese and drumsticks. For eating out there are three or four places within walking distance, or lots more just a short drive, with enough to suit all tastes. Acip is very welcoming and will take visitors up into Lapta village to show them the local history and natural features - we went with him in his restored 1963 Mini-Moke, which was great fun.

Wunderschöner, gepflegter Garten

Allein der Garten lohnt den Aufenthalt. Die Chalets sind einfach, aber zweckmäßig eingerichtet. Wer keinen Wert auf besonderen Komfort legt, kann hier sehr schön Urlaub machen.

Erholung in ländlicher Idylle

Genau, was wir gesucht haben. In ländlicher Idylle konnte man sich gut erholen. Nebenan die Hühner. Das Apartment ist mit allem Notwendigem zur Selbstversorgung ausgestattet. Praktisch gut. Es gibt eine Terasse. Wir haben es genossen.

idyllic villa with stunning pool and great host

Wonderful villa with beautiful landscaped gardens and generous sized pool. The host Acip really makes the stay with thoughtful comments and optional tour of the local area in a vintage open top Mini (do it!). Lots to do in the area, car means you can get to the attractions further afield.
