Spacious enough to sleep up to 10 guests, this three-story retreat with double decks combines rustic charm, modern amenities, and a prime location just 3 miles from Dollywood, Splash Country, and the Parkway in Pigeon Forge. Property was great for what it was. When staying in a place like Pigeon Forge don't spend much time in the cabin then to sleep, shower, and relax from a busy day of site seeing. Overall great experience would recommend again.

We enjoyed our stay at the cabin. The previous reviews were correct about needing a good scrub down, inside and out. While we loved the amenities (pool table, huge basement TV, hot tub, large soaking tub), there were lots of places that were dirty. There were used tissues in one of the plants, a piece of trash in the hot tub, and the whole outside needs a good pressure washing to get all the cobwebs off. Overall though we'd stay here again for the convenience of the location to Dollywood and the amenities.

Family Christmas trip

Property and Cody were great. There are a few items within the cabin that need repair or replenishment, but nothing different than anywhere I've stayed before. The host is very responsive.

The house was clean. The beds were very hard. There we no extra blankets for the pull out beds. The person who slept on the pull out in livingroom woke up with a rash on their face. Not enough towels for every. Not enough kitchen cleaning supplies such ados towels or dish cloths.

Property was as described. Location was convenient to both Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg but out of the way of the hustle and bustle. Great option if you want to bring your fur babies.

Beautiful Cabin

The cabin was exactly as described. Clean, spacious, and very convenient to restaurants, shops, and anything else you want to do. My family loved this cabin. Plenty of room and the area was nice and quiet. The perfect mountain getaway. We will definitely book again! Cody at Hemlock Rentals was always so helpful and answered any messages quickly. Amazing vacation!

Beautiful place

The mattress main level floor is awful. Needs to be replaced. Wished you could have had a swimming pool but we understood where we were that just isn’t possible. Cabin was beautiful. Ants on kitchen counter needs attention.

Great get away!

Overall this place was great! Quiet, peaceful and a short drive from Pigeon Forge and Dollywood. Accommodations were well suited to our needs, and minus a few cobwebs above the shower everything was clean and well kept. Momma and the kids were very pleased. When it came to feeding the tribe, the grill was quite small and we had to purchase a grill that would fit all our food so we didn’t have to eat in shifts. I understand that’s not everyone’s situation, and grilling isn’t for everyone. We had a great time, the place was wonderful and would definitely stay again!

Great location

Overall the property was great. Could use a better cleaning as there was lots of dust when we entered the property. Also the pool table could use an update as the top had some rips and some of the pockets were cracked. Also only one q-stick. Also would have enjoyed some sort of fire ring on the property. However the house was very nice other than the few minor details. Also very good location. Far enough away from traffic and a very quiet neighborhood. Close enough to all the fun stuff. Would stay again!

5 night stay Aug 5-10 2023

It started with an easy check-in. Immediately we noticed the cabin was awesome. We had 4 adults and two children ages 8 & 12 and they loved the game room. And when I say they I mean the adults and children. Everything was just as described in the description of the property and photos. It is conveniently located just minutes from the parkway and all the local attractions. It was clean and the beds were comfortable. We had everything we needed to cook every night instead of eating out. The early morning coffee in the rocking chairs and swing on the porch was awesome. I would definitely stay here again.

Family Cabin Vacation

My family gets together on the weekends and plays cards. We have a hot tub at home. We go to a pool hall some times and shoot some games. Our cabin was making our vaction next level. We had a hot tub, pool table, our cards from home, checkes, close to a lot options for things to do. Plus, a washer, dryer, dishwasher, microwave, coffeemaker, towels (ect.) and pots. There is no shampoo, condition, soap. There is some t.p. and Dawn. This list could depend on your cabin. Xoxo! We believe enjoy and respect it the place like its your and have fun you earned it.

Nice cabin

The cabin was nice and in a central location. We had a few issues that were mostly taken care of. When we checked in there was no dish soap in the kitchen or hand soap in any of the bathrooms. We could not use the downstairs sofa sleeper as the frame was broken, along with the springs that hold the mattress up, and there were no blankets for any of the sleeper sofas. We never did get any hand soap and had to buy some ourselves. Other than the sofa sleeper, the only negative is the fact that there is not a bathroom outside of the bedrooms so people have to enter a bedroom at night to use the bathroom whole people are sleeping. I would recommend this cabin if you only have 3 couples and don't need an extra bed or two.

Nice Cabin

This cabin was nice and looked exactly as described. A little dusty and there were hints of animal urine but the cabin is pet friendly so you kind of expect it. The fans were super dusty so we didn’t use them because of allergies. For the most part it was clean. We wished there was a light near the hot tub so you could get in at night. The light didn’t work inside the hot tub either. If you want to grill there is a very small grill there. If you are wanting to grill a lot of meat it will take some time. The hide away bed on the lowest level was gross and we didn’t use it. There was food inside it. There were a couple pillows that need to be replaced also. The lower level mattress was not comfy just needs some padding. The kitchen was perfect! Overall it was a nice stay and great for a family getaway.

This was our first family vacation in years, we were all excited when we booked this spacious cabin! They did allow early check in which was nice but upon arrival and throughout our stay we noticed how much this cabin lacked cleaning. There is dust and cob webs all over the ceilings, walls, and ceiling fans along with surfaces. The main level and down stairs bed is extremely uncomfortable. When you wash clothes in the lower level, it puts off a sewer smell, and two of the beds sheets had small stains throughout them, we used covers we brought so we wouldn’t be sleeping on the nasty sheets. The carpet downstairs is disgusting, if you walk barefoot, the bottoms of your feet turn black. I tried to call the number provided multiple times and couldn’t get any answer.

This was the 1st time I have been extremely disappointed with a cabin rental. The "cleaning fee" that is charged should be used to actually clean. The entire cabin had excessive dust and cobwebs everywhere. The main level and upper level sinks didnt drain and there was hair on the the upper level sink and shower plus the jacuzzi tub had dead bugs all over it. The hot tub was very dirty with something that felt "fuzzy" around the filter intake and the jets did not work. No lights on that side of the porch made it very difficult to use after dark. The beds on the lower and main levels were very hard and the upper level was sagging in the middle, clearly all needing an update. Only 1 TV actually worked and its only available streaming service showed very old movies. The game room pictures are misleading (no foosball table), only 1 pool stick, felt was cut and damaged, and has several movies to watch with no dvd player. I would not recommend this cabin to anyone. The only reason it got a star is for the location.

Beautiful Canin Experience

Our family enjoyed our cabin getaway with all the comforts of home. Great location, easy to find and clean. Beds could be more comfortable, but weren’t even that bad, just extra firm. Over all 10/10

Overall

Send a few email with no response about porch furniture falling apart also cleaning crew not very good. My grandson found 6 pills under bad that were for blood thinner thankfully we caught him before he ate the pills. Need to do a better job of cleaning after guest leave.

Great but....

The jets on the jacuzzi were not working correctly! There was only a few channels and someone had unhooked a cable so it took the old people a day to figure out. Thanks and God bless!

I won't stay again

Hot tub was broken, lock was broken stopped up sink. My code was wrong and took an hour to finally get someone to answer.

Best vacation spot

We enjoyed this property. Close to Legacy zipline and just 10 minutes from downtown. Clean and cozy. Loved three bathrooms.
